View is fantastic. Beach is fantastic. Owner is fantastic too. You can borrow a deck chair or beach chair, or even a kayak, umbrella, etc.

We loved everything! Theonis is very welcoming, considering and accommodating. She lives aside the studio, is very available and always eager to help or just discuss (and sometimes she bakes delicious cakes!) The accomodation is clean, very spacious, it has a big terrasse from where you can see the beach The studio is located on the other side of the Naxos island (you need to have a rental to go there) so it's very peaceful and quiet, far from the touristic spots. If you are looking for quiet and relaxed vacation along the beach, you won't be disappointed! Again, thank you for everything Theonis and see you next year hopefully!

My husband and me stayed in Theonis Villas in August 2021 for 5 nights and it will be hard to describe with only words, how great we felt at this place! It was just perfect, from all points of view. First I wanna talk about our host, Theoni: She is such a wonderful person and gave us such a warm welcome in her beautiful place. The hospitality she showed us, was more than one could await! The apartment we rented was made with lots of love, very clean, and with everything you need for a perfect stay. And, last but not least, it is only a few steps away from a great, lovely, beautiful sandy beach! We loved it to go swimming in the clear, green, wonderful water, above all in the morning hours, where the peace you have on the beach is just great and holy! We hope to get the possibility to come back next year, to enjoy a whole week in Theonis Villas. Thanks a lot Theoni for your hospitality!

We loved everything: - location - so quiet and peaceful, next to the beach - beach - quiet beach, away from the crowds - studio - well equipped with everything you need, the bed is so comfortable - host - very kind, friendly and helpful - view - just amazing!

The best sleep of my vacations. Theonis Villas was simply the best. Naxos island is pretty mountain. When driving with family to Theonis Villas it took us 1 hour from the Port. The travel through the mountain is curvy and it can be demanding, but it is worst the effort. Our room was equipped with 2 beds, one king bed and one std bed. The room was equipped with a bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom had a good water pressure and temperature control. The kitchen was equipped with the sufficient gear for normal vacations cooking. The A/C was installed in a location in which the cold wind would not blow directly into the beds (+++) and it has the Sleep feature (+++). The cherry on top of the cake, is that Theonis has an amazing beach 30 meters in front of the rooms. Theonis Villas is equipped with beach chairs, beach "beds", a Kayake and beach toys for the kids. It has also near the entrance, normal beach showers. The beach can be windy and sunny but, if you arrive early you can install the chairs under the trees to guarantee that you will have shadow during your beach day; near the main beach you can access to 1 other beach that is better protected from the wind. The sea water can have some small waves in the morning and during the afternoon it was without waves. Sea water temperature was quite great. We travelled with a small dog (our Tommy) and he really enjoyed the stay and the sea. To resume: I would repeat this experience again and again. Theonis Villas is located in a Greek genuine side of the island without mass crowds and without big touristic facilities. It is a place to travel when you want to be without crowds and have peace of mind.

Everything was fantastic. The owner Theonis is absolutely friendly and helpful. Super location, absolute real nature, directly at the sea. Ca 300m long sandy seaside. It is recommended those ones who prefer the real nature, peaceful environment and cloudless vacation. Mobility : Car, motorbike warmly recommended.

The location, the empty beach, peace, beautiful nature and torquise water, wifi working also on the beach..and at the end the best staff Theonis and her amazing breakfast every morning...Thank you for taking care of us and everything! I hope your foot get better soon!

Nothing, everything was just perfect.

Outstanding stay on the non touristy east coast. First thing every day- swim on an emty beach. Good quality sunbeds for everyone. And a warm hearted host.

Very nice accomodation. The owner is very very kind. She gives you everything you need. Every apartment has see view and you have big garden where you can chill whenever you like. You can take free sunbeds on the beach which is very beautiful too. It was perfect and there is nothing negative.
