The staff were very kind and the location is good, but I would not recommend.

The beds are the hardest I've ever slept on, the hot water didn't work in the shower 75% of the time, and they lock the hotel up at night with a padlocked grate without telling you. This made leaving early for an airport taxi extremely difficult, not to mention a massive fire hazard.

Spacious room, great location and lovely staff. Breakfast each morning was good. Laundry service provided. Booked our day trip to Cu Chi tunnels.

Beds were so hard, uncomfortable to sleep in. The cup at the sink in bathroom needs to be changed, it had small hairs in it... and maybe the shower drain might need unblocking as it is slow to drain water.

Amazing, friendly and helpfull hosting. Cosy and clean room. If I visit Saigon again I will stay in Dumny again !

Great location within a minute walk to walking street with good nightlife. Also within walking distance from many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, bank, and pharmacy. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

The room and guesthouse communal areas were immaculately clean. The location close to Walking Street and all attractions. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

If you have a problem with stairs then don’t come here there are 4 floors and no lift.

Central location, within walking distance to many sights. Very clean room, nice shower & plenty of hot water. We arrived early & were able to check-in!

Unfortunately our AirPods were stolen out of the room. As we were able to track them, we informed the staff that they were in District 7 (30 minute drive away) this hotel is in District 1. There was a lot of discussion in Vietnamese and very little information communicated to us in English other than “not to worry”. The AirPods were tracked back to the hotel for 8am the next morning (just in time for work???). As we were on a day trip, the AirPods were returned to us that evening, we were told it must have been the plumber (even though we had not reported any plumbing issues). We were happy that we got our property back, however this should not have happened. Just to note, when leaving the hotel, the room key has to be left at the reception desk each time, and we had also been given someone else’s room key at times. Thankfully this is the only problematic experience that we have had in Vietnam. Everything was going well, until this point.

The room is very very clean. Location is very good. Staff is super nice and even opens the door in the middle of the night with a smile on their face!

Just keep in mind that this is a budget guesthouse - prices in Saigon are generally speaking high, so don’t expect what you would get elsewhere in Vietnam for that money!

No Lift for luggage, electricity wasn't turned on in our room we had to ask for it to be turned on.

A great place to stay. The room was super clean and dry, the water pressure was good and the staff was super helpful. We needed a late checkout because of our flight and it was no problem at all and for a very reasonable price, which is only fair. Would definitely recommend for a nice, clean and relaxing place to stay.
