Hoe licht het binnen was. De naam is uitstekend gekozen.

De afwasmachine was niet uitgeruimd. In de koelkast stonden veel aangebroken etenswaren en uit de voorraadskast hebben we spullen die ver over de uiterste houdbaarheidsdatum waren weggegooid.

Excelente localização, perto do metrô e trem, tem padaria e supermercado muito próximo. Perto da grande Av de France, com várias lojas de departamentos e restaurantes. O anfitrião muito simpático e disponível. Recomento as instalações.

Nice apartment with all facilities needed. Lovely bakery as well as a supermarket around the corner. Various metro stations at walking distance, providing easy access to all touristy sides in Paris. Indoor parking space available.

light, spacious, cozy, beautiful view, super owner who did everything to make us comfortable and convenient. showed where gas stations, good cafes, shops, shopping centers, was constantly in touch. everything is nearby and there is a closed underground parking for 25€ per day

The apartment is very bright and spacious with a small balcony. Good for different sleep combinations depending on your situation - 1 double bed, 2 singles in one room and 1 sofa bed in living room. TV, wifi. Key collection was easy enough and the very friendly host's helper kept me well informed via booking.com app messaging app as to timing etc, how long he was going to be to meet outside apartment block etc (as there is no key safe). There is a cafe just next door which was ideal. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes only 5 mins walk away. My daughter especially liked the Manga shop/cafe 3 mins walk away and spent her holiday money there. Easy road outside apartment for taxi/uber drop off/pick up. Metro not far away either. Location really is great, right by the Seine.

There's no handwash basin in the toilet! but the showerroom isn't far to sort that out. That's a French design quirk maybe, nothing wrong with the flat itself, which is absolutely great.

Clean and nice apartment (good security system - three secured gates before one gets to the apartment). The communication with the owner was easy and effective. The location is especially good for those who come for some events at the Accor Arena - it is only 10-15 minutes to go via the Bercy Park. There is also a small balcony (good for smokers). For those who come by car, there is an parking Indigo (University) quite close to the place.

All sinks was in bad condition and toilet as well.
