The location was fabulous in the heart of the Marais. The elevator was great for our heavy suitcases. Apartment is on the 4th floor. Quiet location. Pretty view from lounge.

The apartment is in dire need of a good clean and some maintenance. There was so much mold in the vents in 3 rooms and on the shower head (maintenance guy promptly cleaned that as best he could), heated towel rail broken, bed bugs in the second bedroom (reported to maintenance), cupboard doors that don’t close and no coffee table (some photos are out of date). So the location is great but be warned about these problems.

I loved the location. 2 stores right there and metro was right there. The property was cozy and very well stocked with all the immediate needs.

I did not like that booking.com did not charge the city fees so I had to pay that before leaving. I did not like having only one key. Traveling with a couple adults and having only one key meant we all had to coordinate our plans.

The property is fantastic! The location is right in the middle of Paris close to everything. Comfortable with everything needed including a supermarket right across the street.

Great location and very cute, comfortable apartment. The property had a lift which was great, being on the 4th floor. very nice neighbourhood and location to get around Paris. we’ll stay again for sure!

As per other reviews - a great small apartment located very centrally so you are in walking distance of many attractions and shops. A small pedestrianised square at the top off the road has some nice restaurants and cafes to have a coffee or meal. The flat itself is quite small but perfectly fine for a family of 4 (2 teenagers) - room was a little hot as AC in main living area is weak. The AC in main bedroom is good though and the temperature was ok in late July when it was 25-30 outside There is a great supermarket directly opposite (they are open until 23.30 all days other than Sunday when they close at 8 or 9PM). We arrived late on a Sunday and found a small shop one block away for basic provisions, so thought this info might be useful for others

There is a very small lift and the apartment is on 4th floor - lift only takes 2 people but was fine for us, others may find it a problem if they have limited mobility. There was some confusion with the cleaner on our last day regarding the city tax which had already been paid on Booking.com, but this was quickly resolved. Overall this is a great flat and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Paris

Located in casual restaurant district with grocery and bakery nearby. Convenient to public transportation.

Key to apartment was very difficult to use. Had to wiggle just right. Instructions failed to mention the fob disc that was to be used to enter the vestibule and then to enter the stairway.

The location was fantastic, having air conditioning and room for our family of four was a hidden gem. It was even helpful that there was an umbrella in the apartment as it rained two days while we were there.

I'm not sure if it was mentioned anywhere, but we had to purchase our own pods for the Nespresso machine (which we thankfully found across the street at the grocery store) yet there were two used pods still in the machine. Also, and again, not sure if it was mentioned, but while there was a Blu-ray/DVD player provided, there wasn't any sort of basic cable to watch while we waited out the worst of the rain.

location was perfect - food market right downstairs. many restaurants and patisserie nearby. hotel de ville metro was 5 minutes walk. tiny elevator but very helpful. apartment felt safe and a good neighborhood.

water heater doesn’t have enough hot water for the whole family of 5. so we had to stagger showers morning and night. but it was not a big problem for us

The location is perfect as you are in the heart of the marais. Lots of bar and caffè in the street. A mini market right in front of the property.

We arrived at the property and discovered that our building was completely covered by scaffoldings front and back (we were not told). That made the flat quite dark. The lift was broken, the flat is at the 4th floor, not really comfortable, above all with the luggages.

Very nice cozy apartment, clean, very well equipped kitchen (even nespresso machine and coffee capsules). comfortable beds with good quality bed linen and towels, excellent communication with the manager of the apartment.

Super comfortable furniture and beds, all impeccably clean. Super well equipped kitchen as well. Precious A/C that saved me during the hot days ! And of course marvellous location right in the centre of the Marais!

Cleanliness is at the highest level I have ever seen. everything was super clean, not even a single grain of dust around and no smell or stains anywhere. a different talk is needed about the building stairs, featuring a moquette (yes, you understood well, a moquette) that gives the entire climbing experience to the floor quite a peculiar tone.

The apartment is located in a super-crowded area. So that having a car with us was a bit of a problem. just only for unloading the luggage and open the main building gate, I got a couple of warnings from a shop owner to not stop there and a person passing-by saying that I was 'closing the street". Once you overcome the problem of the car by leaving it in a parking nearby, you discover that night parties in apartments and pubs in the area are the norm. Despite the great isolation of the windows frame during the day, it's definitively not enough during nighttime. at least for those sleeping on the couch and in one of the two bedrooms. the lift was super small and only fits one person with a suitcase. we were 5 so that most of the time we climbed the stair up to the 4th floor where our apartment was located. big bonus is the air conditioner present in all rooms. needed if you close the windows for the noise. the sun luckily shines for the most part of the day in the apt. A suggestion - take out useless furniture. differently from the photo on the website, the living room features a number of additional furniture that restrict even more the already tight space available. I am referring to a big coffee table in front of the sofa that occupies a good portion of the entire room. when opening the bed-sofa in the evening was quite of a problem to move around. a big chair to relax that would have been nice if you had an area of 50 sqm, but in that small surface, it was really the elephant in the room! Do not use these apartments as furniture dumping ... less is more sometimes.
