it’s a nice little gem with an nice terrace with a lovely view

it’s not central in the village so that’s something to keep in mind. It wasn’t cleaned properly, the vide with te second bed was full with mouse poop !!

Nice views out over to the crater in the distance. Complimentary beers and drinks in the fridge was a nice touch. Kitchen well equipped and condiments were there including fresh coffee.

Very light - could do with curtains for balcony windows as kids sleeping on mezzanine woke up really early because of the light.

Location was excellent (though we were driving guess not so good if you are using public means); great views and really liked the design of the house.

The mossie net upstairs was not a good fit for the bed and the mossies were many- suggest to fumigate to keep them at bay.

we stayed in five stars Marriott hotel before coming in karatu area. then we still rated this place five stars. it has its charm. located in such a quiet, beautiful corner of the Town! the place is like in a paradise, small coffee farm in the property. outside has corn and sunflower field. mountain is in front! beautiful beautiful view. it’s not walkable to the town but hotel provides in house food ordering! you can just stay here enjoy the peaceful surrounding. the price for the food is good and food is good too. the staff are super super helpful! they are local people super nice! security guide is also polite and sweet. super safe also. and it’s only 30 minutes from the entrance of Ngorongoro park! it provides us to have more time to explorer in the park! bonus: so many beautiful birds are in the property! if you are a bird lover

very modern house, located a bit out of town - it primarily is geared at self-catering, which was not so clear to us

At check-in, there was some confusion on whether we had to cook or not, even though it is easy to organize food delivery by an affiliated cafe. This cost us a lot of time and money to in the end cook something horrible because of lack of ingredients/time for shopping. There is wifi, ut then you have to pay for it (buy data bundles), which seems a bit outdated.

The ambiance. Its clean. Its comfortable.

Ventilation especially the upstairs, it can get very hot. The upstairs needs wire mesh on the window s so one can open them to allow some fresh air.

Everything was in order and staff was excellent,always ready to help and assist

It’s modern, useful for family living.

The place is a bit remote.
