The staff was very nice and helpful.
No cleaning services provided due to "shortage of staff". To be honest, this is none of our business, and when you move into a flat with kids, you want to have the place cleaned at least twice a week. The hotel should have warned us ahead of time that there was no cleaning service available. This is the one thing that would make me thinks twice before booking a place at Les Cimes with the family.
There was another instance where the window shades of the adjacent flats where slamming and banking the entire night because they were not secured, while the wind was strong. Not much sleep on that night. But these incidents can happen...

You have to book the pool a day in advance. Would have like cleaners to come to clean apartment during our stay.

Good overall, clean, good location although not ski in ski out as advertised. Girl at front desk very nice but manager not very flexible. Would have definitely considered staying there again (and recommending to others) if manager had shown flexibility when I told him we had an issue and had to check out one day early. At $700/night that obviously had an impact on us. As common for most businesses with no sense of customer service/loyalty, manager opted for $ today instead of $$$ tomorrow.
Value. Too expensive for a property that does not even provide you with kitchen paper rolls.

İ do not ilke SPA at all! Water in the pool cold!
we forget there our things in apartment but nobody call us to tell about it even there was available my telephone number 😒 I understand that only when we rich Geneva so it was too late to take it back
