The personal at the reception was very friendly.

The airconditioning was not working in the hotel - it was a very warm day - and we were transfered to another B&B hotel, 20 minutes driving away. We got a mtching family room, which was good. However, going to bed after a long day, we found a lot of long black hairs between the sheets. Really disgusting. Also we were lacking a pillow in our room, the aircon was not working properly and if we hadn‘t brought our own light covers, we would have suffered from much too warm hotel winter covers (one cover fits all seasons policy). Never again.

There was someone waiting to let me in (gate was closed) they said that in the confirmation was a code for the gate - but that was not in the confirmation. Luckily someone was waiting upon arrival to let me in. I got a code after checking in (what worked perfectly)

Easy to use self check in , secure car park and the kids liked the upstairs bedroom . Was a relaxing stop wile traveling back to UK after being stuck in traffic all day and missing the boat.

The room worked well. Very clean and air conditioned.

Breakfast - was minimal and poor quality. Not worth the money.

Basic but clean and served it’s purpose. Near the motorway so easy for us travelling through.

We booked a family room 1 week before arrival and was emailed the morning of our arrival this room had sold out and we needed to book 2 double rooms. This was disappointing as this was €30 more expensive. I asked this is fine to have 2 rooms but we should not need to pay the increase and was told nothing could be done, so had to pay the additional costs.

We had low expectations, it was just somewhere to sleep for a few hours. Some people hanging around outside, seemed like they lived there. My sons bed had a cigarette burn on the sheet.
