The hotel staff was very cooperative. The staff let me leave my bags for 10 days with a reasonable fee. Internet speed was good. Room is big and the beds were comfortable. I will stay again whenever go to Krakow.

Everything went well, as expected. The hotel is a good value for money option. It is located in a quite area with a small park nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi and parking.

The hotel is close to a railway. It is easy to get to Krakow from the hotel by train.

Breakfast was terrible, especially for a vegan there were no options. For omnivores there was a substandard breakfast comprised mostly of various processed meats as well as some eggs and cheese. Morning cereal so stale it probably remembers comrade Stalin. Mugs laid out in a clutter "thrift shop style". The beds and especially pillows were uncomfortable. No substance to them. Other guests were on the dubious side.

Nice location, close to airport. Free parking. Personal offered a car parking for couple days as a bonus.

It was close to the airport and convenient for our 6AM flight.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Still the old style spring beds in the room and 2 small beds joined together to make a double.

not having to interact with anyone to get into the room, the location of the hotel (near the airport and near a train station)

the bed is composed of 2 pieces so it's quite uncomfortable to sleep in it as you sink in the middle part, also the pillowcase is too big for the pillow so it falls out the shape of the tap in the toilet (rectangle instead of round) so water comes out too strong the small flush in the toilet did not work

Location in quiet neighbourhood, restaurants near by and walking trail behind the hotel. Room was nice and bed was so comfy.
