Fabulous place to go on holiday Weymouth wish it was nearer to home.

Parking is a nightmare I had to pay ever day of my stay as B&B as only a few parking spaces so you can soon add a bill up.

Location is perfect. Rooms are small, but well appointed and spotlessly clean

The Seacrest was beautiful. The hosts, Claire and Paul (and little Buster) were really friendly! The room was gorgeous and the view was stunning! Very well kept and the facilities were great. The room was a perfect temperature and a good size. We had an ensuite with a toilet and shower. It was quite small but it did fit in to the room nicely. There was a kettle, tea and coffee and we were also offered milk upon arrival. There was a mini fridge in the room which had bottled water in. Breakfast was spectacular with a wide range to choose from. The pre order system was a great idea and it didn't take long for the food to arrive. We had orange juice waiting for us at the table and a sweet little plaque that wished each diner a good morning! The guest house is incredible value for money and is right on the beach front. It's very close to the town centre so everywhere is walkable! We can't wait to come back :)

Everything. Could not have stayed anywhere better. Spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfast perfectly cooked and good choice. On a personal note poched eggs cooked to perfection. The place to stay in Weymouth.

We loved the location, very relaxing views, Breakfast was of very good quality. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms very clean and fresh.loved the bus it selection. Would defiantly recommend.

Shower was very small and toilet. but made good use of space. Towels to small, would have preferred a bath sheet for showering. Otherwise could not fault the room .

It is close to the pavilion where we went to an event. Close to the free parking from 6pm till 8am. They have parking permits as well. The room was very nice. Breakfast was very nice and anything you could wish for. Lovely people.

The room was a little smaller than expected and the bathroom was not a "real" bathroom: the wash basin is in the bedroom, then a sliding door separates the loo and the shower from the rest of the room. Not very private and a little too small.

absolutely everything. the decor,the location,the parking permit for free parking,the owners are such a lovely couple,the breakfast was delicious. great views of the marina from our bedroom at the back of the building and fantastic views across to the other side of the beach towards the Jurassic coast line from the bay windows in the breakfast room.

The breakfast was small but well cooked. I asked for an extra sausage and Paul said we don't usually do that but would on this occasion. If you wanted toast you have to ask for it instead of it being on the table a part of the breakfast.

The room (no 6) was small with a minute shower room/toilet and the sink was in the actual room. No wardrobe and very little hanging space. Single glazed and very little heating throughout the day despite it being extremely cold outside. We are both in our 60's and were not told our room would be on the top floor via 6 flights of stairs. My wife suffers from arthritus and struggled up and down the stairs.

Lovely breakfast with several menu options. Great family run business. Parking was at a premium but we had our minds put to rest as soon as we arrived with the availability of a parking pass.

Possibly could extend the breakfast window to 1hr? Other than nothing to dislike!

Breakfast, bed, indoor design, hot shower, etc everything basically! In an accessible location, we took X54 bus to Jurassic coast within 10 minutes walk. FYI, no Uber at Weymouth Breakfast was amazing, with a special design "spoon" for baked beans, not gonna be a spoiler here, you may find it out yourself if you visit this lovely place. I find the room quite comfy, nice and it has a harbour view which was amazing at 2nd floor (US: 3rd floor). You probably would expect milk pots for tea but no...! Is actually fresh milk in a small glass bottle. Really thoughtful. They have a lovely dog called Buster, a male shih Tzu, tame, cute and lovely. Even though we have guests next door, I can't hear any noise from them.

Nothing really, me and my m8 really like the guesthouse hosted by Paul and Claire, so below will be some of my personal comments. 1) The hosts are lovely people, please dont be shy to ask them any questions, we mentioned about the tilted toilet holder and Paul sorted it out ASAP. Claire even offered us milk upon request, don't get me wrong, they do serve milk even without requesting. 2) I personally don't have a problem with the size of the room and shower room, my m8 finds it quite squeezy in the shower room, but other than that it is alright. 3) My m8 had fish and chips two days in a row so she decided to have a veggie breakfast the next day, unfortunately the veggie breakfast needs to be informed prior to arrival. I thought about making anyone reading this aware about vegetarian options. Again, I'm sure they will be really helpful.
