Ótima localização, quarto grande, faltou apenas coberta para dormir, tinha apenas lençol. No geral amamos !

The location of the accommodation was excellent. Fulvia the owner was a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend for a visit to Verona.

4th floor without elevator

An excellent location in the heart of Verona - a short walk to Casa Juliette. Our host was exceptional - facilitated an early check in and late check out which was so appreciated given the very hot weather. The room was pristine clean, comfortable and was way beyond our expectations - excellent value for money.

Location is excellent.

The staff: the guy kept calling us to remind us of the arrival time, because he was not going to wait for us. We had trouble with our transportation, so we arrived late and we had to pick the keys in a distant restaurant. Also for check out, a constant harassment from this guy. My friend's wife left a very expensive shirt in the room and this guy didn't help us recover it, even though we offered to pay all expenses. In fact, he no longer answered our chats. The property doesn´t have an elevator and the rooms are in the third level. We are senior citizens, so you can imagine how hard it is to carry a big suitcase all the way up. No help available, because there is NO staff in the place. I'm sure these people don't understand that they are in the hospitality business. No hospitality at all!

Location is wonderful, central but hidden. Communication was great and was relieved I could drop my luggage early. The restaurant below is really good. Free water and coffee in the room. Super nice Romanian housekeeper. Slept well.

A bit shabby but nice and clean. Bit basic, no cups or cutlery, just plastic disposable tumblers & wooden stirrers.

Excellent location in the heart of Verona close to the Juliet balcony and main areas. Hotel was easy to access with a bus from the train station. Bus stop was about 5min walking from the hotel. Hotel room was clean and very comfortable bed and pillows. There is no reception however the check-in was super smooth as they contacted me the morning to arrange what time we would check into the room. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again in future!

The restaurant outside was very noisy until late at night. I am however not sure if this is a once of occasion or happens daily.
