The location was amazing! But... the bathroom sink literally fell out and we had no bathroom sink for 2 days, they did not get it fixed for us. The toilet paper under the sink was moldy and the lamp upstairs was broken (the shade ripped apart). Our friends rented in the same complex and its amazing what a little love and tlc can do in a place. Theirs was clean and super cute. Ours had pictures that was trying to hide cracks and needs a refresh. Again the location was amazing! But we paid more then our friends to have a view, ended up not being worth more due to how run down ours was.

Communication was excellent, check in and check out very easy. The location was great, short walk to beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We loved having all of the conveniences of home. We would stay at this location again.

Great place but some small things such as garbage bags, toilet paper.. should be provided for the extended stay. Also the beach umbrellas should have been replaced, they are broken .

We really enjoyed both the condo and location property Management and security very pleasant. Loved our morning runs along the beachside! Our only challenge which maybe common in Maui is hard to sleep as it was a bit warm. Air condition units just couldn’t cool the space even drawing drapes etc.

We had a great stay at this property. The view was gorgeous, better than the picture. Other guests had commented that it needed a deep clean, and to some extent I agree, but it did not affect our vacation. We came with our three young kids and my in laws, and it was a perfect unit for a young family. For instance, the vents and picture frames in the bathroom had some dust buildup, and the carpet is not the newest. The couch wasn't the cleanest (or the most comfortable). But the fixtures were all clean, beds were clean, kitchen was great. Didn't bother us, but I wanted to share our perspective for those who might find themselves bothered by it. The condo complex this unit is in is quiet and well cared for. This unit is on the top (4th) level, so you won't hear anyone above you. Like most rentals, the kitchen knives are all super cheap and dull. We received lots of standard emails from the property management, but I both emailed them and texted them regarding a small issue and never heard back. I'm thankful we didn't have any serious issues, because I'm not sure if we could have gotten ahold of them. Overall great stay and we would come back.

This place really was pretty awesome. Location is excellent, being literally a lazy 4 minute walk down the four flights of stairs (or elevator), round the corner of the building since it sits on the edge closest to the street, across the mostly slow, low traffic two-lane road, and down the short inlet road that terminates at the beachfront. The tide was not too strong but just enough for the kids to have fun and to allow us to relax a little more than we were compared to the much stronger waves we encountered at other beaches we tried. The beach was really all we needed the whole time we were there. The condo is nice, but not extravagant. The furnishings could be updated a bit, but they work fine. The kitchen was fine for everything we needed, but legitimately we ate out more than we ate in. The one exception??? The master bed mattress. I am not a large person. 6' 1" and 185 lbs. But that mattress left me with a sore back every single day. It didn't matter how I slept, it was terrible. Regardless, the rest of the accommodations, chilly-unheated pool included, were just about right for the fair price we paid to be right where we were. There are a handful of food trucks, and restaurants, and a gas station right within walking distance along a strip of less than a mile in each direction. Ultimately, we got a rental in order to minimize grocery trips and to venture a bit further, but if you just want a nice relaxing beach with chairs (4) provided by the condo owner, then this is a great place. Perhaps find a new mattress though.

There were so many issues with the unit due to poor property management. Lanai was filthy and unusable. Sofa bed cushion springs pushing thru, couldn't sit on it. Some electric outlets not working. Product used on tile floor left it slippery and dangerous. Walls need painting. Bathroom sink cabinet hinge broken. Sliding screen door doesn't open, thus, no fresh air! Water leak in freezer... the list goes on no need to continue! Won't stay there again. Stayed in many wonderful VRBO units. Feel we should get a refund of some sort!!!!

This condo worked great for my family of 7! The location couldn’t be better! Great view, a short walk to the beach, and walking distance to many restaurants, grocery, markets, etc. The condo was equipped with a lot of amenities including beach chairs and a cooler. The king bed in the bedroom is not very comfortable (very stiff) and the couch/hide-a-bed is pretty worn out, but besides that, the place is great.

We have rented from Maui Vista many times over the years. We stayed cool , and comfortable in our condo. Best location in Maui !

Maui Vista is a perfect place to stay with your family. Short walk to the beach (just across the street). You are also walking distance to food and shopping.

It was a nice stay for the price. Near a beautiful beach, close to markets and restaurants, and a good amount of space for our family of 5. It was pretty clean. The place was stocked with beach things, tennis and board games. WiFi wasn’t working, but We didn’t need it The only thing I would say is the walls and doors need a good scrub down. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was close to a lot of things so we could walk to the beach Or to some stores. We loved watching the whales out on the Lanai. The space was also very well used so our was perfect for our family!Mahalo guys for letting us enjoy such an amazing place.

This condo is on the top floor with good views of the ocean directly across the street. The beach, shops, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. We found the back bedroom and upstairs loft areas to be dark during the day and a light was often needed. I prefer lots of natural light so for me this was a negative, while others may not be concerned by it. Overall, a great place to stay. Mahalo.

We had a great time, the pool was quiet so we mostly had it to ourselves, we were steps from the beach. Only complaint was that the upstairs loft had no air conditioning so it could get quite warm, but with some fans and the downstairs air conditioning going it was reasonable by bed time.

We were in and out of the condo all week. description is accurate. was satisfied . Good communication w property manager. Close to beach.

Everything was great. Stay was great. Location etc. Only thing that was confusing was, check in is at 4pm and the office closes at 4pm. You can’t get your parking pass if you’re parking overnight.

Condo complex was nice but the condo we were in was mismanaged -master bedroom carpet matted down and filthy (beyond dirty) -master bedroom outlets will not hold a cord (we have to prop the cord in the outlet) -master closet door broken (does not open/close on one side) -AC was not working properly(not blowing cool air) -internet does not work (network name and password both send and in the book were not even options) -two fans not working (one completely broken off the base) -ceiling fan in main area shakes and rattles on high -carpet on stairs matted down and filthy (beyond dirty) -no toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom -missing lamp shade -dirty bathroom door (not sure what the brown splatter is) -couch is dirty -beach umbrella taped together -fridge door has a broken shelf rail (appears to have been glued together)

We loved this condo! Great location close to the beach and shopping. It was very comfortable, clean and efficient. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. There were 2 beach chairs, 2 large umbrellas and plenty of beach towels for the beach...Tupperware, a great little cooler, tennis rackets etc...There were 7 of us and we did not feel cramped. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful and we were even lucky enough to watch the whales breeching off shore a few evenings. Tip...bring your binoculars for the whale watching! We absolutely loved our stay. 🖤

An excellent place to stay. Everything was as expected. Centered within walking distance of most beaches and some of the best food ever!

We loved the condo and the location was amazing! The king size bed could use a mattress toper like upstairs. We actually thought the queen was more comfortable. Also, we were asked to do two loads of laundry before leaving. We paid for an extra night since we didn’t leave until 8pm. Not sure how someone would have gotten the laundry done before checkout at 10am?? The location of the condo to the beach and shopping was easy. We didn’t rent a car and was able to walk everywhere we needed.

This little condo had much to offer. The balcony was small and overlooked a busy street but it was a VERY short walk to a wonderful beach and the sunsets were amazing! We actually really enjoyed the people watching!! The condo was well stocked with the things needed to make it a nice stay. We could have used another beach towel and I wish the washer/dryer were a bit bigger but it was all good in the end. Kihei is a great central location for many activities and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

Property was very clean, close to beach and kitchen was well equipped. Loved having the BBQ and pool available. We walked across the street to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Overall the unit is clean and owner/manager very helpful and accomodating. Loved our stay in Kehei.

LOVED our vacation to Maui. The Maui Vista Condo was well-maintained and had everything we needed. I definitely appreciated the washer and dryer, because there weren't many extra towels or anything. We went hiking one day and got all muddy, too, so it was great to throw everything in to wash and head down to the beach, without having to worry about packing muddy clothing into our suitcases. There were even laundry pods for us to use! The area was very nice and felt completely safe and homey... like a small town. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice, clean stay with gorgeous views. Very helpful property management company who helped answer all questions and even brought a new dvd player over when mine wasn't working. Would definitely recommend.
