Very comfy beds. Beautiful view. Decent sized room. Beautiful and well kept gardens. Electric blankets a nice touch on the beds
Bathroom very small and ridiculously small TV. Bit dated and not really our taste

The accommodation and facilities were perfect, the views are stunning, owners were lovely and a lovely breakfast.
Could have done with more tea, coffee etc in the room but that’s being picky and I’m sure would have been provided if ask but struggled to find her.

Fantastic hosts , got it perfect , brilliant location , garden’s amazing, bedroom spotless , super breakfast especially homemade bread and fruit compote . Will definitely be returning .

Lovely location just outside of town. Fantastic breakfast choices quality and quantity. Welcoming hosts happy to discuss things like heat pumps ( there is one installed on site) plenty of parking

Well just amazing, from the warm welcome by our host Angela to the beautiful and cozy and tastefully decorated room, and oh my how clean it was, incredible. The living area, sitting room, and also the garden, just wonderful. And I almost forgot the seaview! Comfortable bed, big room, great bathroom, nice shower, delicious breakfast. An absolute delight to stay here. Located at just a couple of kilometers from the harbour in one direction and a couple of kilometers to Westport in the other direction, great places for dinner, recommanded by Angela. Ideally located, also to go see Croagh Patrick (famous statue of Saint Patrick and the pelgrimage mountain).

Excellent choice of breakfast selection and time. Francis and Angela are such a lovely people they where excellent hosts through out are stay. We had lovey view of the gardens from are bedroom window.
