Washing machine, drier, kitchen facilities, location, pool all good. Enjoyed exploring foxtel. Enjoyed the balcony seats.

There was a bit of grime in the bathroom that needed some love. A few thoughtful inclusions could be...a tray for under the dish drainer, some clothes pegs, smaller pillows( they were all enormously bulgy) and there were no coat-hangers !!!@@? .... on the whole though, we had a great stay

Location was perfect for whatever we wanted to do. The room was very clean on arrival. Foyer, reception, parking were all well kept. The view from our apartment not important to us.

The glass sliding door to the verandah was exceptionally hard to open. The cream colored couch was quite stained and old looking, it needs replacing.

The beds where horrible. We barely slept and we havent had a holiday in 11 years.. also its so disappointing now rooms are not serviced Bathroom so small and so close to bedroom

air con wouldn’t work, couldn’t get Wi Fi and fridge leaked. no one mentioned road closer for triathlon so I was stuck in

The location is spot on walking distance to beach, shops and food retailers and very friendly and obliging staff. Room was very clean, comfortable and balcony provided a great view of ocean and hinterland.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff, friendly and helpful.

Parking numbers need to be elevated off the floor. A little map would be helpful to say where you are especially coming out of the car park and finding the lifts
