the environment is nice

not systematic, booked for 3 nights and 4 days, but they force us to check out the next day itself because its a monsun season there… they promise the HQ will do the refund accordingly, but when i contact the HQ they claim they were not aware of the situation and can only do the refund according to the refund procedures… i disagree with them cause the cancellations is initiated by us… they still dragging the issue and at last i have to get booking.com to involve in this issue

We stayed in a villa with jacuzzi near jungles.The view was nice.We could observe sunrise from our terrace.The room was clean.It was always quiet on the top cause the pool,lobby and restaurant are downstairs.Staff was friendly.The beach is quiet,big and good.

Nothing was bad.The food was better,than in other hotel which we visited before on the island.

Property was located right by the beach. It was pretty clean and pretty well maintained.

The journey from the jetty to the hotel was pretty horrendous. We paid for hotel transport 60RM each but we were not told that transport was shared and some of us had to sit outside in the pick up - which was not the most comfortable as the journey was pretty rough and lasted about 30 minutes. This was the same for the transport from the hotel to the jetty upon departure There was only one restaurant at the property. We were informed that the restaurant closed at 10pm and last order was 9.30pm. However, when we went there at 9pm to place an order for dinner, they told us that they were closed as they had to cater buffet for a function. Super ridiculous… then what about guests who were not part of the function and wanted ala carte? The same thing happened the next morning, breakfast ordered started at 7.30am but when I went to place my order, I was told that they could only serve us at 8am as they were preparing for the buffet. One thing I’ve learnt was that this property is great at neglecting guests who weren’t there on company function and not taking their buffets. The food is not the cleanest, we got food poisoning on the last day there and it was the worst experience ever.

Friendly staff .

A lot of ant in the room . Buffet dinner verity too little . Desert did not provide proper tool . Using glass instate of bowl . Spoken to staff but did not get the acknowledgment to correct it . This is the area of improvement.

Toilet quit dirty The water in the toilet does not work..Call maintainance & settled. Stayed for 3D 2N, no added mineral drink for next day. Not cleaned the room for the next day also.

Overall cleanliness is good. Room space is good. Electricity supply is great for an island resort. Pool front rooms are great.

The wifi doesnt work with a big crowd in the resort. The pool water is over done with clorine and it gave my son a skin rash. Would be great if you can have more staffs to help out.

nothing special and highlight of the resort

The resort not really clean and dirty, especially the bed and pillow. The resort electricity are not stable and the fuse keep tripping during day and midnight. The food is not good as well, recommend the next door resort “1511 coconut resort” their food is really delicious! The reception staff are friendly and helpful, except the only one lady staff from activities center was very rude!

Resort is bit toen down. you can see once it was really nice beautiful place, but now it needs renovation

Staff are friendly , food wise is decent , beach front which is important .

1) the room is rather run down and old . 2) Stain on the bedsheets. 3) No TV programs ( need to request for hard disk to watch movies ) 4) Poor / no wifi in room . Only 3G is available in room which is very slow . 5) No toiletries available n need to request 6) No room service so room is not clean unless request from 3-5pm only

The view was amazing. The staff accommodating. Good service. Laundry service was excellent. The beach was nice.

The run-down facilities. Everything needed to be fixed or updated. Bistro food was over priced and made from packaged food, which made us eat at the local places instead, which was awesome.
