Located directly on the beach, just about 5 minutes from Tekek jetty. The staff is absolutely gorgeous, very helpful. Our room was beachfront, with very nic seating area facing the beach. Beach here is very nice, you can just go to the sea and start snorkeling. Snorkeling gear is free to be borrowed in Cabana. The room itself was cosy, big enough with ensuite bathroom. Location is also great as Tekek is the centre of Island so you can find ATM, shops and also motorbike rentals here.

The place location the best in West coast Of pulau tioman, staff was really helpfull and friendly, as solo female travellers im feel comfortable and safe here , the best thing meet many other travellers also the staff super friendly and always asked anything to assist, the scuba diving and sports team very Nice, the food was amazing ,

Airco was goed, mooie locatie, vriendelijk personeel.

Hard matras en kussen, slechte ventilatie, geen douchegel en shampoo, zand op het bed, hoge prijs -lage kwaliteit.

Free coffee and tea all the time you were there. Great bistro with the view. Very clean, good for taking photos. The water is perfect for swim, the tides is good in this village.

Staff and some rooms you have to take the stairs (small and kinda slope stairs)

The bed was hard like laying flat on cement floor. There is no shampoo and bath gel provided, i need to buy my own

The location is very close to the seaside with a very nice restaurant/bar, good vibes. But that does not worth to stay for the night.

Price is too high compared to other rooms is the area with a lower comfort value. Bed is hard, room is dark with no sunlight and the walls with the 2nd room are as thick as paper.

The food is very good, the staff is nice and the snorkeling tour is cool

Old beds in the dormitory and the commons areas are closed in the afternoon.

Breakfast start at 830am a bit late. A bit hot at room in afternoon, if can add a fan will be great.

Location was very nice, close to the jetty and supermarket, beach was beautiful, bistro on the roof top with beach view is amazing. Bistro food was tasty. Snorkeling stuff is free to rent for guests

Breakfast was disappointing for us, because you only get one small portion (one toast and egg and a small pancake). Free drinking offer is poor as well ( no juices, cold water, milo) When you are hungry you definitely need to buy extra food. Bed wasn’t really comfortable and loud.

Room is clean and comfortable Size is considerably big Free flow coffee and tea Hangout area is windy with a great view.

Room was okey and bathroomnwas good as well, included breakfast was nice to have but not really big or special. I liked the view and it was directly in front of the beach.

Sadly i can’t recommend staying there as a women alone. Because the Hostel is connected to a diving school and the boss was making sexual comments to me almost every time, i didn’t feel good with that due to he has always been around. And there is no other entrance to the hostel then passing through this diving school. So that meant walking on eggshells my whole stay and hoping not meeting that weird guy. And the rooms are okey but with ten people it would be way to full and only one bathroom. There is no real comfortable area.

Right on the beach. Very relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant set up has amazing views and lots of hammocks and seating for chilling out. The staff are so friendly and renting snorkels and paddleboards is free for guests.

The bathroom in the dorm was very basic and just 1 between 10 people but it was cleaned frequently.

Better lighting in the dorm. Could have more than one toilet. Could have a lobby & reception for checking in.

We loved the vibe here! The place is stunning. You have access to the bistro at all times when you're a guest and you can chill in a hammock, in front of the sea. Coffee, tea, water available all day long. Also snorkelling masks and paddles are free to use. Very good breakfast. The dorm had nice beds with curtains to have privacy. Cleaned every day. Perfect for relaxing and staying for a few nights.

It would be great if they had all the keys for the locker (however we were able to have one the next day of our arrival). Some hangers could be added to the room.

The staff are brilliant. Loads of activities to do from scuba diving to SUP. Shout out to Sham and Man for their hospitality during my dives.

Communication could be a little clearer. Otherwise, no fuss. I'm content.
