Perfect location, kind staff. Wonderful!

The location was wonderful, the picture of the chalet is true. We sleep with the noise of the waves!! There is activities, restaurants and few mini markets on this side of the island. Positive point for the air con in the chalet !

The best location, because of the beach. Very quiet, you can sleep (except of the waves of the ocean). Air conditioner, laundry service, all activities you can reach, small mini market 50m, restaurant to have a dinner 50m, restaurant to have a great breakfast 50m. Warm water. They have taxi services from the ferry, just ask it.

I have never been in a tropical chalet before, so cant compare, but huge cockroaches in the bathroom, and in the room, it was very new and scary for us at the first days, but you can get used to it, and every other thing was super.

the majestic view of the ocean! u can just enjoy the million dollar view from your own balcony.

I had a very good rest at Permata. The staff were really helpful. The chalet is directly on the beach. I really liked being so close to the ocean. It was very hot and I was grateful for the air conditioning and good shower. There is a small convenience store very nearby and a good restaurant for evening meals within short walking distance. I can recommend Permata Beach Chalets.

The BEST beach bungalow I have ever stayed at. Beautiful sunrises every morning and pristine beach right in front of the porch. It has literally everything you need: outdoor beach shower AND separate foot wash on the stairs to your cabin, so much storage space and hooks to hang wet things, refrigerator, plates etc. Spent the most peaceful and enjoyable three days of my life here. Will definitely be back someday!

The location on that beach is wonderful. There is a electric pot provided to boil water so it was drinkable. Provided water to clean sand from your feet and brooms. The room was as clean as it could be given the basic design.

Small window. One unit had a larger window but was not able to book that unit. Bugs coming though the bathroom plumbing is somewhat expected but a little bothersome.

+ brilliant location right on the beach - have to wake up early to see the sunrise! very serene beach with not too many people + great host who is extremely helpful and responds within minutes - helps organising trips (snorkelling, jungle trip) and drop off + the chalet feels sturdy - the toilet is great and there is hot water! + shampoo, shower gel, towels provided + there is a mini fridge + chairs provided to chill at the beach + mini markers and restaurants nearby + turtle nesting area, you can spot where turtles lay their eggs and go to nearby juara turtle project to learn about turtles the photos don’t do it justice! it’s great for the value and for a chalet.

The chalets are simple but very functional and right on the beach. Location wise, this is also on a really good stretch of the beach, with nice sand and some little snorkeling spots nearby. Communication with the host always very helpful, answering all our questions. I only wished we had planned to stay longer.

the water heater for the shower not working after 5 minutes and need to constantly switch offed and on again

Close to the beach with a kind of retro feeling. The sand is soft and beautiful. Not many tourists. After five days the villagers knew us and vice versa. The host lady is cute; she sorted out all our requests effectively and quickly.

Nothing really. If you want a fancy place, it is not for you. I might complain about the waves in the sea 😂.

It's a simple budget Chalet. It faces directly to the east and chances of seeing a great sunrise is high. It has simple utilities such as kettle and cooker. A small refrigerator. Surrounding is serene and quiet. No bars or live band playing lord music. Close to Juara Ocean Cafe which serve good food. .

No safe. The locker with key is spoiled. Nevertheless, no worries about theft. Water heater ELCB triggered of automatically easily. Water turns cold.

Excellent location. Comfortable chalet with good amenities. Close walking distance to stalls (for food) and mini marts. Chalet was on the beach within 15 metres of the waves breaking on the shore. Host very pleasant, helpful and assists in arranging transport for pick up from jetty terminal.

Having an extra pillow would be nice.

Very clean. Suitable for couple stay. All amenities were complete! Can have the whole beach during our stay. Sounds of waves help me and husband to sleep tight during the night.

Our stay was really super, we lacked nothing. It is very paradisiacal and with the accommodation directly on the beach you really can not go wrong. We would come again at any time ☺️

The location of the chalet is right on the beach, with amazing views out to sea. The chalet was very clean and had all the facilities we needed for a relaxing, peaceful stay. Our stay there exceeded our expectations and we were a little sad to head back to the mainland. Our host was very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend staying here and it is very good value for money.

The view was amazing, you wake up and have the beach right in front of you. The only thing that surpassed that was the kindness of the owners!
