I need to tell you my experience in your appartment has been way worst than expected. The main reason is a loud noise vibration it's listen during the night. Is a kind of a vibration or buzz probably comming from a device not likely in the same appartment. I've checked AC, the freezer and everything and the noise is still bothering. The funny thing is the noise it shows ups especially from 1am to 9am. I sincerly suggeest you to spend a night in the appartment so you can check it and feel it by yourself In consequence of that it has been totally imposible to rest correctly in your appartment. As a plus but not less important, the internet connection is choppy and has interruptions what lead me to big problems in my work meetings. Having to go around the city looking for internet in coffe shops. Also another problem is the dust. I'm also sad to realize after commenting to you my first check, this is also dust in the wardrobe all around, dirting my clothes and my bags. Honestly this is an unexpected situation and would not rent your appartment prior knowing this situation. Let you know my review in booking would be wrote considering the commented situation.

Great host and service

a very responsible, approachable host, have an issue with door key, and he manage it in less than 5 minutes. it's clean, everything working properly, a quite cold air-condition. clean and proper bathroom, can't complain, all was in order. ground floor with some restaurants, SM groceries, and Starbucks.

couch can be better. ironing and hair blower will be a great bonus. this should not affect your decision. It's an excellent choice. highly recommended

Pay parking is a bit expensive than the other. Do consider not to park your vehicle at jazz residence.

Aircon was good and the internet was fast (up to 150MBPS +)

The pictures and room details showed: 1. A balcony - there was none in my room. The reason was, as per the owner, "We have many different rooms, the one available now does not have a balcony". I wish this was clear from the getgo. Best case, the could list each room separately for clarity. I took a screenshot of the property details explicitly saying it has a balcony and shared it to Booking support - they could only offer a 15eu refund. 2. Dining table with chair or a bar with bar chairs - there was none. I was left to work on the sofa and use the low sofa table as my workstation - bad for posture. There was not a single chair in the room! Not ideal if you have some work to do on your laptop. Also, the mattress and beddings were too thin for comfort, and the refrigerator had a foul odor.
