The swimming pool and location. It was nice breakfast.
There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. There were no towels in the swimming pool.The hairdryer was almost disassembled, it was impossible to use. The drain in the bathroom did not work.

accueil au top , bien situé , le nec plus ultra c'est le transport : train gratuit , bus prix réduit (carte transport fournie par l'établissement ) et gare juste à coté ! calme , vue sur les montagnes , chambre spacieuse , confortable , place de parking sous sol , deco agréable .
pas de four , ménage succinct , pas de gel douche , pas de produits ménagers (sauf une petite boite avec éponge , 2 tablettes lave vaisselle , un peu liquide lavage sol) , une seule torchette vaisselle , lit matelas dur , pas de place penderie , placard vêtement peu pratique .

Le manager qui ne sait ni communiquer de manière intelligente et réfléchis avec ses clients, ni avec son personnel.
Pas de décoration de noël au salon d'entrée, dommage...
Piscine avec des portes pourries-rouillées, le chlore c'est corrosif, c'est pour ça qu'il faut mettre de l'inox!!! (changez d'architecte et de menuisier)
Vestiaire piscine mal aménagé, pour un bâtiment neuf c'est du n'importe quoi.
Dans les armoires, le collecteur de chauffage n'est pas caché par un coffret. (changez d'architecte)

Large room with kitchen and clean.
Some of the people were hanging around the lobby for hours as though they didn’t have a room or as though it was their lounge room. E.g. shoes off, feet on sofas lying there and eating so no one else could sit there

In this property, I stayed already a couple of times and I will keep choosing this place also in the future. I have there everything for a good holiday. Everything is clean and the staff is ready to help you.
It's also comfortable regarding transport - I can leave my car in the garage and visit Cham by train or bus because the bus stop and train station are just a few meters away.

Location, bus connections were really good snd frequent. Swimming pool was lovely. Staff were friendly. Good sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi. Nice view of the mountains. Quiet location. Good underground car park and ski storage.
Lack of bar/ cafe area in lobby, no where to socialise with other guests. Bed was comfy and big but heating was way too hot, there was no ways to adjust. No options for softness of pillows, they where too soft for me. TV is too small for me but that's my personal preference. Lack of washing up liquid, bin bags and toilet tissues despite ordering cleaning pack. No bins for recycling waste. The sauna and jacuzzi wasn't free, wish I was made aware of that.

apartment are quite small for 6 ppls, the pictures in their website was a bit misleading
we never been informed have to clean up the apartment and the trash cleaning as well as toilet cleaning, after check out we have been charged euro65 for cleaning purpose, when we request to reduce a bit, they claimed that there is notice in the lift. this is a lesson for us must read all notices when renting the apartment even you are tired after a day out for travelling!

Near train station and bus stop. Pool was good. Many walking trails around the Hotel.
On our check in day a had to pay for luggage holding in Chamonix since the Hotel does not accept bags before check in.

The stuff is very helpful and kind.
In the reception there is a book with many trails recommended in the area, detailed with time and levels.
Breakfast is optional and alternatively guests can order from the reception in advance baguette/croissants for the morning after (very nice service).
The place is very well maintained.
The swimming pool was a little cold even though we were in September.
In the room the toilet is separated from the bathroom.
The location is outside the center of CHAMONIX, the closest supermarket is 10 min. drive and

The staff was very nice and helpful, made sure we have all the information we needed, kept us updated with the weather and the options around even without asking them. The breakfast was very good with many qualitative options. Very big and equipped room.
The hotel was too far from the center, it was a bit sad to take our car each time to get dinner. The bed was very uncomfortable. Furnitures were a bit old and outdated. There is no room cleaning and you have to take out the trash yourself before you leave.
