I loved the huge bathtub and the bed in our large single room!! We travelled with our cat and the hotel prepared a litter box, cat litter, cat bed, food and drink bowls for our cat, how lovely! We also liked the design and the music, it has really good vibes. The staff was really kind and helpful with us, they made our stay fabulous, we're so thankful! Breakfast was nice and delicious and luckily it's available until 10.30. Overall, it was an outstanding hotel experience *.*

the reason for my visit was an advertised New Year’s Eve party. when I arrived the day before they said they had canceled the event, but we’re still actively advertising it online and in the hotel. false.

Room decor was nice and the bathtub was a good size. Breakfast was acceptable

Payment was confusing, staff gave mixed messages about facilities, pool closed very early and the roof top bar was just a fridge. . Rooms was fairly dusty, and plugs in bath were blocked and unclean. toilet door was see through, so you could see anyone you are sharing your room with use the toilet. The view from the room was pretty disappointing

Band is a duo playing romantic songs, pool convenience is over, you need to take your own food. New management isn’t good and the hotel is declining. and when I requested a late check out I was told I didn’t have “credit” it would be nice to know what that meant.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so friendly and so helpful. We had a dog with us and they even gave us a dog bed and dog bowls for food and water

I liked the breakfast. Really nice noodle station and good selections of fruit, pastries, western and Chinese choices. The manager of the restaurant was excellent. Also, we were there for a bachelorette party and they let us use the rock royalty lounge for making flower crowns. Very nice and easy going. Let us stay late.

I was supposed to get my room at 3pm and it was not ready until 6:00. In compensation, my breakfast was included, but I cannot believe it took that long. There was no place to really chill out as pool was heaving with children and it was so hot. Again, manager of restaurant lovely and even went to try and help when I explained situation to him. Staff was very nice and they were sorry, and I know it was a holiday weekend, but I would expect better prepping from a chain like this.

The best place for a Staycation. Friendly personnel, big bright clean comfortable rooms, a huge amazing tub, good breakfast.

Modern feel, good service, great music piped through hotel.

At first glance, this hotel seemed to have Hard Rock Hotel vibes, which is great! Sadly, the excitement stopped after the elevator ride ( funky musically charged light show fun). The hotel was empty and the Hard Rock bar and restaurant wasn’t operating. So sad! Booked the club lounge, but that too wasn’t in service. Had to get alert front desk that I won’t be paying double the price for this absent amenity. Took some time but was sorted and I rebooked a room without Club lounge and paid half the price.

breakfest was good but again there wasnt an information for gluten free and allergic people...

the mini Bar wasnt cold and the air also wasnt working well...

The room and all facilities (restrooms, pool area, restaurant, lobby etc.) were immaculately clean. The staff and service, from the cleaning and restaurant staff, to the reception , right on up to the manager, were absolutely outstanding. The breakfast buffet is mind-bogglingly diverse and delicious. 5 star treatment all the way!

I really can’t think of one single thing I didn’t like or that displeased me. Maybe would appreciate more loungers but the pool and longer pool hours, but not a biggie!

I loved the room which was very comfy. The international breakfast was delicious with some options of cheese which we love and you can rarely have at hotels in China . The pool was also very clean and enjoyable.

I loved the band at the Hard Rock Restaurant. The band is a very professional one and they rocked and made us feel very happy and special. LOVE THEM and want to see them there as soon as possible. The food was super!

Lily was amazing…she took care of me through out my stay

We got a very large room with a beautiful view. They also provided us with a bed for our baby. The food was very good and the pool experience was even better. Having drinks by the 1st-floor cafe was great.
