Great view on the valley (despite bit "far" from Salento centre) and quite peaceful place. Flexibility/availability of staff to support our needs.

Advantage of having great view and quite relaxing place could be considered a disadvantage for not being on Salento centre. Depends on what are you looking for. For us was good choice

Location, difficult place to find. Unpaved and uneven road. Jacuzzi was empty/not working. The room is very small and was right on top of the restaurant area, therefore was too noisy from the indoor activities and noisy from the neighbours’ hotels.

Excellent location, close to the town center; property has amazing mountain views. in addition, the staff has superb customer service.

Lovely view off the balcony. Breakfast was good on the one day we were able to have it. Staff were very friendly - Spanish speaking only which was fine by us but do note English is listed on Booking.com and there certainly wasn't any!

Breakfast service starts quite late for an area with very early activities, we had to find other options on two days anyway in order to be able to get to activities on time. Really noisy in the rooms if people are being loud in the hallways, also a hostel behind the building with loud music, although they did seem to turn it off by around 11pm. No room service daily - in quite a cold room our towels and bathroom just stayed continuously damp. Walk into town was up a reasonably steep hill and the last part closer to the hotel isn't well lit - I wouldn't feel safe walking as a solo female traveler at night time to this hotel. We didn't feel like the photos on Booking.com are indicative of the actual hotel itself, ie. the jacuzzis are down in the front yard, not really overlooking the view as they appear in photos. There was no seating on the deck so sit and appreciate the view.

Breakfast was good. The views of the mountains from the breakfast table were excellent.

There is a bar behind the hotel that plays loud music until 10:30 PM. The street to access the hotel is in horrible condition. The fireplace in the common area was not working.

The hotel is absolutely a wonderful place beacuse of the location with a beautiful view to the mountains. The staff was very attentive bringing a delicious artisanal coffee to us all the time. We appreciated the good service. I loved so much and I highly recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and eager to please. The hotel is in a very hilly location, beautiful views over the countryside but that did come with an early morning call from the local cockerel. Would definitely recommend

we got an upgrade because our room was next to reception and had mold everywhere. the new room was very nice and comfortable though. there is a nice view from the balcony!

the first room they offered us was full of mold which is not acceptable at all. we ask for a new room and the woman on the reception was quite annoyed. in the end we got a nice new room but we wouldn’t have paid more for it.
