Studio apartment was perfect. Very well organised, easy check in and out. Very clean. Everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable night.

Modern room with everything you need. Bonus points for the radio that was in the room. We found it clean, comfortable and liked the check in and out method.
The room was cold, there may have been a way to make it warmer but we didn't see any instructions.

Located well in the city
The tv wouldn’t work the aerial was saying not connected so we couldn’t watch tv at all
The apartment was so hot we couldn’t cool it down

Excellent central location. Lots of attractions are within walking distance i.e. The Deep, markets, restaurants etc.

No bath, small tv in the living space. Sofa was t comfy to chill out on,
Had to pay for parking over the road. Numerous times I asked about parking and never got a reply. Should have a space in the car park over the road allocated for residents

Beautiful apartment (apartment 1) everything about these apartments are finished to high standards.. our second time here this year (stayed apartment 2 last time) and would highly recommend staying here, beautiful location and THE best nights sleep I’ve ever had , even with a booking mix up ( my fault) they went out of their way to sort it out for me.. very well maintained property, spotless and feels like home as soon as you arrive 🥰

clean, modern and comfortable apartment. the church bells rang on Monday evening for some practicing but it really didn’t bother me. they provided ear plugs for anyone sensitive
car park is a bit of a walk especially when you have luggage to drag along with you.
the customer service refer you to their online guides for all questions but frankly it’s just not clear. one document says you don’t need to book car park in advanced, another one says you do. i just wanted clear instructions on what to do not be expected to decipher conflicting documents.

This place is an absolute dream!!!! Everything and anything you need comes with this property. Right in the heart of the old town and beautifully decorated and modern.

The whole apartment was beautifully styled, the bathrooms felt luxurious, everything was clean and convenient.
It would be great if more cutlery, crockery & glassware could be provided. We had to wash up / set the dishwasher off after every meal (even breakfast) to ensure there was sufficient for the next meal.

Big apartment, clean. Great bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. Comfortable bed.
The door connecting to the flat next door. It sits between bedrooms so I could hear our 'neighbours' and cleaners in the morning. Not very private.
Consider changing cleaning products. Whilst great that the apartment was clean, it smelled 'disinfected' rather than welcoming.
Consider changing lights to warm white.

Easy access with unique PIN code, great location and felt safe as a solo traveller.
Cosy room with unique touches and fully equipped with cooking utensils.
Really like the products provided from the washing up liquid to the local ground coffee.
Noise travels from the corridors but no more than any other similar establishment.

Our 4th stay at Hideout we love it
Modern rooms with all the amenities you’d need. Nice little touches like artwork of local landmarks on the walls, great selection of teas and coffees, and internet enabled TVs
The beds are super comfy and the rooms always immaculately clean
Bathroom is modern and offers great shampoos/body wash
My only gripe is the checkout is a tad too early (10am). Most places is stay it’s 11am at the earliest.
The kitchen is great so it would be nice to have some time to cook in the mornings and have a nice coffee. 10am checkout doesn’t allow much time for that when you also need to pack up etc.
You can pay £15 for an extra hour if needed but it’s a bit of a sting in the tail

High quality room and stylish design. Loved the complementary coffee from a local roastery! Perfect location for exploring Hull’s Old Town and Fruit Market area, easy to find and check in.
