The room was noisy hearing sirens and noise from the room above. Asked to change to quieter room and was told the sirens were not that near to me. Had to sleep with windows open to noisy sirens as the heating was too hot. Couldn't turn down or off. No toiletries, only dispenser. Definitely avoid as had to check out after one night. Not interested once they had taken money so no refund.

Booking advertised breakfast available but when I enquired was told not doing breakfast go to wetherspoons

It was a perfect stay for me and my daughter for a couple of days in hull. The rooms were clean and warm and the staff were very friendly esecially Wayne and Savannah who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and perfect. We will definately stay here in future.

Everything else. The hotel is extremely dated, dirty and poor. Curtain hanging down, mouldy wall with wallpaper lifted. Tea & Coffee in a chest of drawers, hairdryer didn't work, rubbish in the bathroom bin, floor dirty and very dusty. When I turned on the taps brown water came through and spurts like they'd not been used in a long time and the shower and bathroom were extremely dated. Bath panel damaged and dirty. The list goes on.

Hotel is really close the the stationand convient for places to eat and drink. Room - it was more like a suite, with a lounge with TV and a bedroom and bathroom off - was specious, warm and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and quick with what I needed. Bathroom has a whirlpool bath! All round great value for money, and I'd definitely stay again.

Minor stuff: decor a bit faded; a couple of the windows didn't quite close, but I was there in February and it wasn't drafty; I couldn't get cold water in the bath, but that may have been me.
