Bed was cozy

Even though the sign on the door said we want the room cleaned it wasn't cleaned in the 4 nights of our stay so the system the cleaners are meant to follow they don't follow at all. Didn't like how there was thick dust on the air vent, lamp shades and light switches. The room key card stopped working every 24 hours, the hallway smelt like toilets. No shower gel in the dispenser on the first day of arrival, one of the staff members wasn't very professional and they weren't very clear in the advice they were gaving us about how to get our room cleaned.

Very good location. Within walking distance from town and sea front.

The surrounding area was a bit run down, but this is due to roadworks and demolition of surrounding buildings.

Easy walking from railway station when toting a heavy bag, conveniently located next to local police hq., Weatherspoons just around the corner, 10 minutes to Hull CITY GROUND, 10 minutes walk to Hull Truck Theatre, ditto for shopping malls St Stephens, Princes) excellent bus service interchange . One might almost believe that Hull was an European city.

Excellent value for money considering the multiple road works that seem to be responsible for innumerable traffic holdups.

The room was basic but just what we needed for a nice night's sleep. Everything was clean, the shower was good, the bed was comfy, the staff were friendly. We didn't eat, so cannot comment on the food there.

I thought the location was excellent. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, but there were no staff available in the morning.

The room smelt heavily of urine. The windows were really dirty and the sideboard was covered in dust.

It’s close to the arena for attending that.

It’s very shabby. The staff aren’t great, for one night I had to get 3 key cards made up. The room wasn’t clean, there were womens hair on the towels and ground in dirt on the bathroom floor.

Great location, welcoming staff. Loads for breakfast. Good stay.

it is exactly what I booked, a room close to city so I could visit family, and take in a bit of food, drink amd shopping

The place looked a little 'tired'; and in need of some tlc. Fittings in the bedroom were loose.

The two lady members of staff who we dealt with were exceptional in that nothing was too much trouble. My Wife was suffering from a badly sprained ankle requiring her to use a wheelchair but these ladies made her stay more enjoyable.

Mold on the wall in room. Leaky bathroom above. Hotel not very clean.
