excelente ubicación, muy limpio, muy buen desayuno, anfitriones muy amable y con experiencia.
poco Shampoo y jabón, cabina de ducha muy pequeña (para mi perfecta, pero una persona alta o talla XL no puede cerrar la puerta), no estaba señalado que el Sauna tenía costo extra.

Leider an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse gelegen und deshalb in der Nacht etwas laut. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet und teilweise sehr geräumig.
Das Frühstück ist äusserst reichhaltig und die Restaurantküche ist sehr gut und das zu äusserst vernünftigen Preisen.
Aber was am meisten hervorsticht, ist das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal.
Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder…

Superfriendly staff, great food in restaurant and the most amazing breakfast. Fruitsalad with very fresh strawberries, rasberries and blueberries was a dream. Capuccino as well😉
Perfect internet connection everywhere.
Plus it is really hard to find place I can stay with my allergies and they were super helpful with that as well.

Nice stay. Good starting point for exploring all the towns around Laggo Magiore (e.g. Locarno, Belinzona) - just take the train that is close to the stay. Bonus is that travelling with Ticino card is for free (we were contacted by the property before the stay to provide information to get this card).

The room was very comfortable and cosy. The little terrace has been also very nice. Ticino ticket was great, as the hotel is easily accessible from Locarno. Breakfast is very nice

Dissapointed because I have chosen this hotel for the sauna, but when i checked-in right before 14:00, the spa area was already reserved by other guests for the whole day.

It was not the first time we stayed here and it still worth it: people are very friendly, food is great, little room is fit-fo-purpose, location is perfect for hiking and cycling trips. Breakfast is ok. We will come back again :-)

Very clean, breakfast was a great start to the day, restaurants nearby and pizza takeaway opposite, supermarket 3 mins away. Great spot to go and see the famous waterfalls
