Die eine Dame an der Rezeption, (ältere mit längeren Haaren )
Auf die Frage hin, ob wir doch noch spontan im Hotel Abendessen können gab sie ziemlich unfreundlich zu verstehen das dies heute auf keinen Fall möglich ist. Nicht wirklich gast und kundenfreundlich.

very well located hotel, extremely friendly staff members, nice size of room which is beautifully furnished (although the hotel is a little older), very good price / performance ratio. just a great place to stay! we will come back :)

Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in. Great location. Friendly staff. It was great that we could leave our luggage for a bit on the check-out date so we could explore a bit longer.
Just a personal preference but I think hotels should not be charging you for in-room tea and coffee. Wi-fi was also a little too slow to use any of the hotel-covered TV subscriptions like Netflix.

The bathroom had a was not very comfortable. There was no shower curtain and there was a window so lack of privacy.

Good location and beautiful terrace
Old room with minimum comfort. Ants were coming in the room as there were holes in the walls. When we complained at the reception, they only gave us some insects repellent... We ended up checking out earlier than planned

Great rooftop and gardens. Good breakfast included in the price. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is just 10 minutes away from the promenade and all the restaurants. Very friendly staff.
The place is a little bit run down, but it has its charm. The restaurant is just a big room with tables and the food choices are very limited.

Staff is friendly and helpfull.
It was a little bit cold in the room in the evening and at night, however during warm months i guess it’s not a problem.
Parking space is very small and it’s hard to park when you have a bigger car.
