The condo is beautiful the views are incredible, the unit has everything you would need. The 2nd bedroom is very warm, and our friends were uncomfortable. The A/C is great for living space and master bedroom. We called for maintenance they came over and told us to shut vents in living room before bed, that didn't really work.

Well stocked with LOADS of extras.Make sure you're aware of the parking garage clearance....!Minty's has a golf cart that will fit in the parking garage.Long walk down the hall to get to that great view, then parking space is just down a near by flight of stairs.Property has a work out room and library. The property was as described, very modern and spacious...all the amenities needed for your stay...added touches of the welcoming bag, abundance of coffee choices, chocolate jar, sun screen, beach towels, first aid kit, etc. left nothing to be needed to enjoy your stay...close to the stops for the Key West Rides (bus transportation we used to the downtown area & restaurants and back)...quiet and relaxing location...while the shoreline is somewhat rocky, the water was quite shallow most of the stay and Smathers Beach was just around the curve (major roadway construction along that strip but accessible) with a better beach area...

Overall a comfortable rental which needed a few updates: refrigerator water filter needed to be changed. Veranda screen doors did not close easily or fully. Also we were a bit confounded on how to operate dishwasher, dryer and washer - could have benefited from a hoe to cheat sheet. Beds were comfortable! The master bathroom was larger than my kitchen at home. For the price of the rental would have expected all close out items to be handled (load/run dishwasher, start a load of bed linens).

Loved this condo! This has to be one of our favorites, from cleanliness, to decor, proximity to the pool/entrances, and THE VIEW.....amazing. One more mention is the "little things" that are big things walking into a rental.....the amenities. I loved that there was a docking phone station (one less thing to not forget on the way out), the toiletries and all of the kitchen appliances, cookware and utensils. The bed and bedding was super comfortable. This condo is definitely home away from home. A must rent if you are looking in the area. Julia, with All Florida Keys is always amazing. Already looking forward to going back!

The second we walked in, we were in awe! From
how beautiful everything was to the views to how clean it was. There was also a bag of goodies awaiting us. They had nice attributes such as a Keurig with coffee and creamer, condiments if needed, extra toiletries as well as laundry detergent and beach chairs. Our parking was private and safe. The pool and hot tub were groomed daily. The proximity was perfect-close enough to the action, yet far enough away for complete serenity. This was truly the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

One of the nicest condo's we have stayed in. The large balcony is wonderful. Talk about gorgeous sunsets, wow!!! Enjoying a cup of morning coffee is superb on this balcony with the beautiful ocean. All the amenities you could ask for and then some. Most everything is excellent. I do suggest replacing the living room furniture. It has seen better days and doesn't match the quality that the rest of the condo offers. It is badly worn and quite uncomfortable. Most of the outdoor furniture is excellent. There is some pieces I would remove all together. Again, it doesn't match the overall quality of the unit. I would highly recommend this unit as we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

The condo was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The view was exactly what you dream of for ocean front. We spent our afternoons in the large pool overlooking the ocean. We were a bit farther from the action on Duval street, but we preferred this to get away from the noise. It was a quick Uber ride whenever we needed to get to a restaurant or bar. The building could use some TLC, but this condo unit is very well cared for. We would stay again!

Management was professional, helpful, and responsive.The starter package was a nice touch, but you might consider adding kleenex, windex, a broom and a dustpan to the unit.Would definitely recommend this property to others.

There was so many great things about this property. First I'll start with the accommodations ions! Their coffee bar was perfect! They had lotions soaps deodorant, (all the little things you can easily forget to pack)! They had pamphlets of great restaurants. The views of their home was incredible! I def would book again!

The property was very clean and even better than expected. The outdoor balconies and furnishing were amazing - way better than any other condo we could see at this same location. View was awesome - only complaint is you can’t see the sunrise. The day we arrived, we plugged in the toaster and it blew the fuse and the power went out. We contacted maintenance and they were there to fix the issue within minutes - even brought a new toaster! Pool and jacuzzi were very nice - the rules in our unit indicated they were both open until 11; however, we found out from security that it is now 10. Loved all the recommendations- especially for Santiago’s Bodega!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Somewhwere on the Beach. The condo was very nice and clean and the location was perfect. The deck is large and has great views of both the beach and the pool. In addition it, had the best patio furniture of any of the decks at 1800 Atlantic Blvd, providing multiple sitting areas and a long table on which to eat. The location is between Smathers and Higgs Beach so it is easy to walk to both beaches. Although many may think the walk to Duval Street is long, we enjoyed it as we really like the exercise and taking in the views along the way. We also rented bikes for the week and my kids loved biking everywhere. If we return to Key West, we will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo. Beautiful Views. A little far away from the action for vacationers, perfect for monthly stays. Pool was wonderful. Being on the ocean there is a terrible problem with No-See-Ums. Red, itchy bites. Also, the pull-out couch is VERY uncomfortable so if you need to use it, be advised. Overall, very nice condo, we enjoyed the pool & beach area and the views, the views, the views!!
