down floor a bit smelly

We checked in late and the owner met us at the place and was a smooth check in. The owner was kind enough to let us have both rooms with pool access for additional charges. The C123 and C124 rooms have free wifi and the basic cooking utensils.

Some of the bathroom fittings were old and falling apart but the owner was kind enough to have them changed at the request.

There was a strong smell when I went though the door and musty smell pretty strong, I couldn’t breathe and unacceptably of quality of the hotel

The swimming pool was large and worth the stay.

I got charged for cleaning the room but I did not get the room service. I think this is not right. I don't or never seen anything like this my entire life. Got charge for room service but no room service at all.

The pool is great, rooms are clean.

All toilets of the three rooms that I booked smell really bad (not sure if the problem is with the building itself). Bidet leaking in our room, and clogged shower drainage in another room (called the staff to fix it)

It was self catering so no breakfast. Cooking facillities were adequate. Very family friendly.

The location was good. Restaurants and shops close by.

All the slides were broken or out of service. This was not mentioned in the listing and both my children were disappointed. The apartment itself wasn’t as clean as I would expect. Random hairs and grimy bits could be seen on floors and tiles. Overall it was ok for the purpose but listing was misleading and no response to my messages asking for partial refund.

The pool is great, the view of the pool is nice. The room as quiet so we could get a good nights sleep.

The pool is great, it was disappointing for the kids that the water slides were closed.
