Communicatie over de kamer vooraf. wij hadden 5 doppelzimmer en 2 eenpersoonskamer geboekt, dus voor 12 personen. Er werd bij ontvangst vermeld, dat er maar 7 personen zouden komen, terwijl op de boeking alle namen vermeld waren (dus 12 personen) Waarom zou ik 5 doppelzimmer boeken, als er maar één persoon zou slapen. Wij werden verzocht bij te betalen, maar hun verwezen naar Booking.com. Ik had het complete bedrag, zoals door Booking berekend was betaald. Dit was een domper op een voor de rest uitstekend hotel

Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt, vooral vanwege het restaurant, waar we zelfs een tafel hadden gereserveerd. Bij aankomst bleek dat op maandag en dinsdagavond enkel één gerecht te bestellen was. omdat er te weinig keukenpersoneel was op deze avonden: kippenvleugels met frites en sla. Ik ben geen liefhebber, mijn man wel. Maar we hadden weinig keuze, in het hele dorp was verder geen enkel restaurant open. Ik heb begrip voor de situatie, maar was hiervan wel graag vantevoren op de hoogte gebracht, want dan hadden we in ieder geval nog de keuze gehad om elders te boeken. We voelden ons wel
'genept'.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein gutes Frühstück.
Eine Nachttischlampe auf der anderen Seite vom Bett wäre noch super und ein Fön, der auch heiße Luft pustet (in dem Fall war es nur kalte Luft- mit langen Haaren dauerte es dadurch ewig)

The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and our server was sweet, and although she didn’t speak any English we were able to communicate with our little bit of German. The conveniently located play ground, next to parking area, was greatly enjoyed by our children.
Upon our later arrival, the night staff gentleman, who ultimately checked us in, was rather rude, telling us we didn’t have a reservation and that he didn’t speak English. But he changed his attitude and was apologetic, speaking English, after checking his phone to discover our reservation made on Booking.com. Although we had eaten before our arrival, there was not any place to eat or get a snack, or even get a beer after 9 pm.

Lovely traditional German style hotel excellent location and great room, very comfortable bed and bathroom was well appointed. Had evening meal in the restaurant which was superb as was breakfast. A fantastic hotel very friendly and attentive service, will definitely recommend and come back again.

The rest it's all good. Liked the staff. The triple room is huge. Also the bar and restaurant at site is good.
Bikers can park the bike securely.
The room could be cleaner. There were a few dead flies.

The friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. Quiet little village. They made a simple but delicious chicken/fries meal for us even though we arrived late in the evening. They stayed open especially for us and some other guests.
Breakfast also good.
Everything was ok. No bad things. Especially if you like peace and quietness.
Next time though, we are going to book a little closer to a big city for more nightlife.

Good hotel with big rooms. 3 people can comfortably stay in a room so plan accordingly. Breakfast was delicious with a big choice of food.

Food in restaurant was really good, breakfast very extensive. The waiter was extremely friendly and did some small talk with us in German which I liked as I'm learning to speak German. Staff in general was very friendly.
The room had roller shutter and was very clean.
We enjoyed our stay very much!
We could hear our neighbors upstairs, that was a bit annoying. The beds were not of the best quality.

The hotel is located in a simple small town that can be used as a good base to explore the NaturWanderPark delux.
The place is recently renovated in good taste.
The breakfast was very good, nice variety and served at the table (which in corona times is a nice to have).
The restaurant has a good selection of German food, but you get more than a basic schnitzel. We ate there 7 nights out of 8 (cause they have rest day on Monday), and there was enough to select, plus some time to have our favorites for a second time.
The owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The pillows were too soft for us...but I guess this is also a matter of taste
