The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the central train station. Very convenient for an early am departure. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception gentleman was very helpful in providing us with information and directions to different sites of interest.

Practically across the road from Luxembourg Central Station. Tram stop outside Station will take you to main centre of the city (transport is free). The hotel room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Very huge room! And apparently it won an award for best hotel for women. We felt safe here as to access the entrance of the hotel, it requires a staff to unlock the door.

However, I didn’t have a very restful night as the aircon kept making noises every few hours. If that was fixed, it would definitely be a five star rating.

Luxembourg is pricey so we opted to stay near the train station at this hotel. No regrets. The hotel is steps away from the free tram that gets you near all the sights but you can also easily walk. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was a decent size and bathroom was quite large. Everything was in working order and clean. Breakfast provided was plentiful and they even had a bottle of Crémant for mimosas. We really loved the city and wished we were able to stay longer...when we return we will not hesitate to rebook this hotel.

Entire street was gutted by construction at the time of our visit but this is not the Hotel's fault it simply made getting there by car and walking in a bit challenging but no big deal. There are a few sketchy characters in the area but I find that to be true near train stations in any city. Never felt unsafe.

Location, though difficult to reach by car due to road repairs but very convenient with public transport 3-4 min walk from central train station.

Room was expensive but seems in line with surrounding hotels. Basic hotel with bed, wardrobe, bathroom

Breakfast was good, a variety of foods, cereals, fruit, bread and pastries, etc . The rooms were well laid out and clean. There was a lift that went down to the lower level for breakfast as well as up to the room.

No English breakfast tea available, just fruit teas and coffees. A small reception area, with several steps which were difficult to lift your suitcases up.

The hotel room smelled musty because of the humidity. But is quite dry in the room! The check out time is 11 am , but the House keeper kept trying to came into the room around 10 without knocking the door. She failed to came into the room because we lock the door, but after 10 minutes, she came back again with another key and opened the room. Even she heard our sound and didn’t came into the room, but she already opened the door. That was really impolite and make us feel bad!

Very good location. Just opposite central train and tram station. Good restaurants nearby. Two Indian restaurants just across the hotel . Good breakfast and friendly staff . Room size was also good compared to other European hotels .

Comfy bed, staff very polite and helpful. Very quiet at bed time. location perfect for getting around.

Super well appointed room, even though it’s not luxurious at all. Just nicely outfitted with everything you need. Nice desk and chair. Very comfortable bed. Lots of electric outlets. Great bathroom and roomy shower.

Location of the hotel was really good. Easy to walk many places and easy to jump to totally free tram or bus. Breakfast made our trip a lot easier. It wasn't excellent and huge, but just good value for the money. Even the hotel was in busy area, room was totally quiet.

Parking in parking hall was little complicated as we did not find that very easy and google map guide us to drive one-way roads to the wrong direction and after checking out from the hotel, it would be easier, if you don't have to come back to hotel to return the key.

I arrived too early due to my flight schedule, but the staff kindly helped me to check in so that I could take a rest. The room was big, clean and quiet, really close to the train station. I would love to visit here again.
