Very friendly staff, delicious and extensive breakfast, clean room with view looking out on trendy central tourist area but still quiet.

Entrance through restaurant to hotel could be a little more direcr, but I understand the space there is limited.

Our room looked out on a brick wall, and had no sidetables, just wardrobes hard up against the bed on each side, A bit expensive for what it was. No onsite storage for our bikes, although I had enquired when booking and was told we could store them at the hotel. We had to take them to an underground car park - but they were safe, and there was a work station .

Friendly service in a perfect location at the centre of the old town in Luxembourg, with easy access to public transport.

Room at front of hotel so some noise from square later at night and from cleaners out early in the morning. Didn’t bother us too much though.

The place smells like a smoker room all the time because of the cafe terrace. The breakfast is very minimal even for a 3 star facility

The staff where great, always ready to assist. The location is great as it is close to all the old / interesting sights and also very close to various public transports which are free in Luxemburg.

The blankets where too small for the beds.

Extremely good localisation (the view on main Luxemburg square), short distance to everywhere, many shops, many restaurants, friendly and helpful hotel staff, I could check out later without any problems.

Really high price, The room wasn't very clean a the beginning, fortunately after first cleaning was better. Hotel staff knocked to my door even when there was "please dont disturb"

On the last day there was no warm water since 8:00PM until 9:00AM.

Location

Location was great, right in the middle of the town in walking distance to all the sights and bars and restaurants but that’s about all that was good about this dump.

Worst hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in. So much noise from doors banging, people talking, people dragging luggage up and down the stairs until late into the night and from early morning. the shower had no water pressure so couldn’t even enjoy a nice hot shower and could have got more wet pouring a bottle of water over my head. the place also only has one tiny elevator which takes literally 3 mins to call and only fits one person with a small piece of luggage if you are luck. On the whole, the place is over priced and is a dump!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, a decent size for a couple nights. The included breakfast was decent with pastries, cheese, meats, eggs to boil and juices. Nice view out over the square from the restaurant too. Excellent location on the main square.

Because there's no carpets on stairs or corridors you can hear people coming up stairs or walking around quite a lot which could disturb light sleepers.
