staying here is an ‘experience’ not just a stay. The staff are the most amazing group of people who will bend over backwards to make your time there amazing.

I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff where more than helpful and friendly. The location was perfect 🥰 and the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable .Thank you to all concerned for giving us a lovely stay 🙂

the only thing that was a downfall was the staff member told me where to park my car but didn’t tell me that I couldn’t get it until 11 am the next morning I needed to be on the road for 9 so had to wait about for 2 hours

Mi booked this for my son & partner as a Christmas present. On valentines day. Great stay lovely hotel good location parked car in overnight looked carpark, £10 for discount staying at hotel .food in restaurant amazing well presented warm beautiful. Good value staff amazing. Breakfast lovely overall great experience

Toilet constantly over flowed. Room smaller than expected.
Room sold as en-suite bathroom but had a shower rather than bath.

Location, staff, breakfast excellent. Size of bathroom was big in comparison to size of room.
We thought the size of the room was very small. We expected a bigger room because of the price we paid.

Staff were attentive and very helpful without being in your face. Very helpful with parking and the discount provided.

Food was incredible. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast also exceeded expectations. Served with a smile and a mimosa!! Staff were pleasant and approachable. Loved all of it.

The hotel was beautiful, from.start to finish it was excellent. From room upgrade on arrival to prosecco with breakfast and truffles in the room. The location is perfect for touring, shopping and exploring the city. The food was beautiful. I couldnt find a fault, would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean, comfortable and well-located (inside the walls of derry, so ideal for tourists like us).

Great location, charming staff, lovely restaurant, very comfortable beds.
Absence of a proper lobby. Nowhere quiet to meet people other than the restaurant which gets quite busy…
