Wonderful property! Beautiful home with thoughtful details provided to guests. Loved the short walk to the beach - we had an elderly grandparent and the boardwalk next door made it easy for him to walk to the beach. Great dipping pool. Really nice, ample furniture on all decks and pool area. Lori was a great hostess and very communicative/amenable. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing home for our entire family’s vacation. Wonderful pool fenced in backyard. Super close to Ocean. Room for all four vehicles.
Each family had their own bedroom and shared bathrooms.
When it says they provide enough to get you started that’s true. We ran out of toilet paper hours after arrival. Ran out of paper towels, dishwasher cubes, 13 gallon garbage bags.

Great and clean property close to the beach. The property owner is always terrific at responding to questions and addressing any concerns...although we have never had any issues with the home. We have stayed at this property numerous times and will be back next year. A really great experience!

The proximity to the beach was the best feature of this house. There is a small wooden walkway that leads to the beach and just takes a couple minutes to walk there. Access to the community amenities was a nice bonus, but unfortunately we never got a chance to take advantage. It is in a nice neighborhood and we felt safe there.
We also loved having the pool at the house. It is small, but it was nice for the kids to splash around in or to float around.
We really took advantage of the outdoor showers, so that was appreciated.
The home was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed. It was very well stocked. Lots of games and books. We took advantage of the corn hole boards, sand and pool toys and beach chairs.
The kitchen layout made it difficult for more than one person to work in there at the same time, but there isn't much that they can do about that. We did love the big dining room table which our large group used frequently. Love the open concept in the main living space.
Another slight issue with the layout was that two of the bathrooms were only accessed through the bedrooms. So you had to go through a bedroom to get to them. It was only an issue once or twice though.
Overall the house was well kept and clean, but the cleaners could have done better. There were a few things that were missed. I would advise the owners to bring it up with the company that they use. Lori was very responsive and did everything she could to make our stay perfect.

We had such an amazing stay at this property and Lori was great to work with! The house was clean and well equipped with everything we could need. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit with everyone in our group (3 generations!). The outdoor shower was great for washing off after the beach. We enjoyed the beach club pool and bar several times for a change of pace. The porches were wonderful at night when we were winding down. I would highly recommend staying at this property for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

The check in process was seamless. Our immediate first impressions of the cottage were wonderful. Following is a list of things that we absolutely loved. 100% cotton quilts in every room and extras for snuggling. Timed flicking candle for small nightlight in hall. We really liked the layout of the pool, and some captain chairs near the pool in the shade so shade lovers and sun lovers could co mingle. There are two exterior showers! There was ample parking. The air conditioner was cool throughout this stay and there was a ceiling fan if we needed a little extra breeze while cooking. There were many amenities in the kitchen that were nice to have, we appreciated having a dash of olive oil when we ran out. You could tell that the owners spent a lot of time rehabbing the house after its purchase in 2018. There is new decking on the top level, new railing. there are lots of reading nooks outside, nice deck furniture as well. We would have loved a basketball game in the driveway, although we have become Pickleball enthusiast, and the tennis court is right around the corner. I would suggest a solution for ice. This cottage is so well appointed I think an investment in a small ice machine downstairs would be beneficial. Some bedroom doors did not shut all the way. The baby was in one of these rooms and was inconvenient. The kitchen could have been cleaned better when we arrived. 100% five stars and we would stay again. AirPods were left behind and they mailed them to us! Thank you!

This home is in great condition. It had everything we needed. Everyone had a bed. We had 12 adults and six children. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are great for cooking, entertaining, and playing games. Pool and spa on the property was perfect for all of us. Beach is two minutes down the walking path which was an added, plus to walk and carry all of your belongings. House is close to shopping and sight seeing- we had a wonderful time!

My family of 11 stayed in this magnificent rental The same week for the past two years. The home is in wonderful shape with everything that we needed to utterly enjoy an awesome relaxing vacation. The private pool, the hot tub and the community pool all were added benefits. I highly recommend this fantastic vacation home rental for families !!

Great location to the beach; Lori was so responsive whenever we had a question - providing us with lots of recommendations for things to do and sights to see; perfect arrangement for a large group - we loved that there was enough seating at the dining room table for our group of 10 adults and 3 children. Made use of community tennis courts - and fortunately there were spare tennis rackets at the house. Pool and jacuzzi at the house was a extra bonus - we spent many afternoons as a family at the pool (kids especially loved it). Close proximity to golf course, Could not say enough good things about the house, location, and Lori. Thanks so much for providing a memorable experience for our family. Will definitely recommend to others.

Lori was a fabulous host! The house was absolutely perfect for our entire family (8 adults, 6 kids, 2 infants). Very clean and had everything we needed. Great place for a beach vacation. We easily fit 3 families (6 adults, 7 kids) and had ample space. Convenient outdoor showers (2) and nice sized pool and hot tub. The place was clean and Lori communicated well. Highly Recommended.

NICE PLACE
The property is very nice. We did have one issue I was not happy about. We were without air conditioning for one day out of three. It was very humid and none of us slept well. My sister who gets breathing issues due to a past COVID illness, actually had to go outside at 2am to breathe easier. We contacted at owner immediately upon arriving in the evening and on one came to fix it until late the next afternoon. It turned out to be the Freon. Interesting Lee, that is usually something that goes down over time and not completely out all at once. I do feel that upon the turnover of the house, the cleaning crews should test all the appliances and utilities to make sure that everything works. We paid over $1000 a day and were quite uncomfortable for 33% of our visit. I was surprised that the owner did not offer any compensation for our inconvenience. It is a nice place but that did not leave me with a good feeling.

We had a great stay for a father/son long weekend golf and fishing trip. This was our 4th time staying at this property and the house is clean, well equipped, close the the beach and the owner is terrific and very responsive. Can't say enough good things about it.

Fantastic vacation
From the time we booked in December 2021 through the end of last weeks vacation, the homes owner, Lori has been utterly fantastic being in full communication with us whenever we needed questions asked. This home is literally 150 steps to the beach and with a private pool to come back to after those hot afternoons was an added joy for the entire family. I would certainly recommend this vacation home to anyone with an extended family..

Amazing Stay!
We had the best time this past week! The house was perfect for our size group (6 adults and 3 kids)! The pool and hot tub were amazing and put to good use! The close proximity to the beach was awesome (we would have felt comfortable leaving our stuff and walking back for lunch…if the kids would ever have left the beach!). Convenient to multiple grocery stores and the whole house was well stocked! The beach chairs were an added bonus. Lori was also incredibly responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend!!

The property was exactly as pictured, loved the location, decor, pool and hot tub. Beach amenities also much appreciated, umbrella, ample beach chairs and some sand toys for the grandkids. Lori communicated quickly with us when I had a question , and gave some great tips for the week. Would highly recommend this home.

Great 4 generation family gathering
We loved having the pool right out back and the walk to the beach is very convenient. Lots of decks to sit outside and enjoy early morning and evenings. There is a small shaded area inside the pool gate. Pool is fully fenced so young kids can not accidentally enter. Beautiful spot and Lori was a pleasure to work with. Some issues with the kitchen sink leaking and broken disposal, but was a minor inconvenience and Lori was calling contractor to fix.

Great location, beautiful decor, fun house for families
We had a fantastic time at this house! It is a great location. Really close to the beach, the clubhouse pool, restaurants & the grocery store. The host was fantastic, too. Soaps & shampoo/conditioner provided in all the bathrooms, including the outdoor showers by the pool. The house has nice covered decks, which we really enjoyed in the mornings & evenings, & the upper deck was great for star-gazing. Additionally, the house has beautiful decor. We loved it. Thanks!

It was in a perfect location and fit our family perfectly. Lori was so awesome to work with. The pool was perfect for a 2,3,5,7 year olds. They never wanted to get out of it. The way the bedrooms are set up worked perfect for our family. We stay there again forr sure.....

Amazing property
I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. Lori is absolutely amazing and was very communicative from start to finish. The house is beautiful, in a quiet area and the beach is a short walk from the front steps. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and this gas hands down been the best rental experience I have ever had.

Wonderful Beach Vacation
We had a great time! Two families both with small children- very short walk to beach and pool and hot tub on the property, it was perfect!

Perfect by the Ocean
Location, location, location! Since this was our first beach rental, we wanted to make sure it checked all of our requirements, and it most certainly did! This place is exactly as shown in the pictures and was very nice to stay in for the week. Loved the decor, amenities, and of course the convenient, quick access to the beach. Would recommend 10/10! We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Many thanks to Lori for being an excellent host!

Beautiful house, great location!
Perfect house and location for an extended family Memorial Day getaway. Well maintained property with a short walk to the beach, community pool or your own backyard pool and hot tub. Will definitely be back!
