The location is great. The hangout space is cool too.

The tv in our room was very discolored it was unwatchable. The walls are paper thin, our neighbors kept us up most nights and unfortunately the loud fan system in the bathroom/vicinity goes 24/7. The staff were very monotone. We had paid for parking through Lylo at an offsite public parking lot, the first staff member we spoke to about the parking didn't know where it was and just told us what it was called and that it was up the road. Then we couldn't get out of the carpark after day one without paying $70. I'm glad I didn't listen to my partner by just paying it. I decided to park back up and walk back to Lylo where they just said oh we haven't updated your details, you should be able to get out now. (no apology) It did end up fine but this stressed me out.

Room was freezing. Paid for queen ensuite and was like sleeping in the artic. Air conditioning on and staff unable to turn it off unless turning of whole floors AC. They did this for me the first night but it came back on at 3am when it was 5c outside. 2nd I didn't bother asking as I knew it'd just come on again. Had to sleep in multiple layers of clothes. Not worth it.

- The pod was spacious, and include fan, lights, and circuit plug and usb plug for charging my phone - The location is a good place for shopping, dine-in, and taking bus - Friendly staff, and help with my questions.

- Wifi sometime disconnect when using inside the pod.

The concept with the pods is really nice

숙소위치도 직원들도 친절하고 좋았음. 1인실로 이용했는데 깔끔해서 좋았고 커튼치면 별이 잘 보여서 별구경하다 잠듬 개인 작은 히터도 있었고 헤어드라이기도 있어서 좋았음.

단점이라고 하면 샤워할때 물이 잘 안내려가서 첨벙거리면서 샤워함 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ그래도 좋았음 주방시설도 좀 좁고 크라이스트처치보단 주방시설이 열악함.

Bed are high and room is really small to open the luggage and walking for 2 adults A little bit expensive.

The location was incredible, being only a short walk to the centre of town! There were plenty of fresh towels, hair dryers etc at your disposal.

The rooms were really dark, and during the 10 days that we stayed at Lylo our room was vacuumed maybe once. There is no natural lighting in the room we were in which we could deal with and lastly the cleanliness of the bathrooms were not fantastic at all.

perfectly acceptable for the price, simple and convenient. Staff were helpful, check in and check out was fast and easy. Honestly I got exactly what I paid for. If you're spending most of your time out and about and only coming back very late to get a quick sleep, it's a good cost-effective solution.

Only a single sink/mirror in the men's bathrooms which was often in-use with people shaving or brushing their teeth etc. Only a simple curtain to close the pod off. A couple decided to have sex in the pod below me during the first night and I got to hear the whole thing, which wasn't ideal. Not the facilities fault obviously, but still. Curtains ain't great. Mattress wasn't great but for the price it was certainly good enough.

The bathroom and the room are not cleaned regularly. The dustbin inside the room is filled up with rubbish but wasn’t cleared. The bathroom wasn’t clean regularly too

Comfortable bed for a pod hotel

I have booked this hotel before it was better than this time. I smelled like the blanket was not clean and the smell in the room was quite musty.

Sleeping pod is privacy, good location of course reflect on price.

No heater in the room, at least don’t work. The kitchen on first floor, but dining room is on fourth floor! Long way up to there and insufficient space when there full of customers than tenants. Kitchen also small Only one basin in bathroom, in peak time really not enough.

Location was great being so central. Pod was very comfortable to sleep in and the room was adequately heated. Open windows meant fresh air can enter the room also which is great.

The roller blinds are noisy to operate and it disturbs other room users. Bathroom was small, and only had 1 sink for use which is a poor ratio. Bathroom tap (Level 1) needs maintenance so water doesn't get everywhere when used. This led to the area constantly wet and damp.

- Weird layout for a hostel, Kitchen on Level 1 but dining and social area on Level 4. - Rooms were heated excessively and the air was extremely dry so we got very little sleep. - No private parking - Little to no interaction with other guests, the hostel had no vibe!

Very loud, cold rooms, cheap and uncomfortable bed. Despite being in a private room there were not even glasses to drink water.

The kitchen was too small the same as the baths and lockers was too small

Location was brilliant so easy to access from the airport in terms of bus routes and also walking distance to the central area, gondola ride etc.

Check out is very early 10 am 11 or 12 would be good as you can't go in any earlier than 3.

Clean room, clean bed sheets. Great location.

Due to kitchen being small, three people in there makes it a bit crowded already.
