Had very bad experience in this hotel! After check out, realised I left my Dior jacket hanging in the wardrobe. Contacted hotel straight after , and the answer was “ sorry we can’t find it” Clearly there is thieves working there, and management didn’t seem to be bothered about that. AVOID

I ordered food on room service and waited nearly 2 hours to receive it, I had to go to the restaurant to order it again and when I spoke to the restaurant manager he said he didn’t believe me when I said I had ordered it 2 hours earlier, to wait 2 hours and then be accused of lying is very offensive, I have stayed in this hotel more than 10 times on business, and seen the service steadily decline, I will never stay here again. I have since found a better hotel in the area

Location was very good. Away from the downtown but not very far off. Near a park . so clean air.. very friendly and helpful staff... though only one or two understood English...

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel room (709) was extremely poor. we reported it several times to staff but the Wi-Fi was not improved at all. To have a reliable Wi-Fi connection is a question of hygiene so very unsatisfied and the let down the whole experience.
