This is a smart little motel with spacy rooms that are well equipped. Loved looking at the palm trees and being so close to the beach. Good laundry facilities too.

No aircon but there was a fan on wall however it was blowing the hot air around.

I have stayed before in there 2 bedroom apartment downstairs, just loved it. Unfortunately this is not the accommodation we were given very disappointing

Lovely location. Super quiet motel which was great. Woman at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Motel room clean. Close to lots of restaurants in Sumner.
Room was a bit tired. Bathroom has an unfortunate smell like damp wood and rot.

The micro wave was impossible to operate and there were no instructions.

The location was great, close to the beach, cafes, bars and the Bohemian Bakery! Also close to some great walking tracks in and around the Port Hills. A very comfortable unit and the staff very friendly
The shower curtain needs to be longer - we had a slight flood while showering!

Everything , the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the unit was well appointed and warm ,clean and tidy.

Staff went out of their way to meet our needs. Comfortable beds and always plenty of fresh towels and linen etc. Good supply of glasses and mugs etc and selection of tea etc.

The location was fantastic close to the Sumner village and the beach. they allowed us to include the 3rd member of our family, our 12 year old Spoodle, in our room without any hassles. this was great as options for travelling with pets are limited.

The ground floor unit was great. But the family in the unit above us left their bathroom extractor fan on all night. It droned down into our room below. Sounded like a small compressor going all night. Unable to sleep
