Schönes Hotel mit toller Spa-Terrasse. Das Zimmer war etwas ungewöhnlich mit einer Duschkabine, die direkt im Raum steht. Abendessen in Buffetform war recht ordentlich, die Weinauswahl sehr gut. Der Service war freundlich, aber an der Rezeption ziemlich umständlich.

Fernseher hatte keinen Wifi-Anschluss und die Preise in der Bar waren ziemlich hoch. Keine Badeschlappen im Zimmer.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff and nice owner. Felt well looked after. Excellent sauna / balcony with wonderful views. Very close to the ski lifts.

Not anything I particularly disliked as I enjoyed my stay. The only disadvantage this hotel has over some others is no swimming pool or hot tub and few bath options for rooms (for when your aching after skiing).

Even though the hotel didn't meet any of our expectations, the staff felt really bad for us and tried to accommodate as best as possible, I really feel sorry for the staff.

The room was 30% smaller to the advertised space (me measured) meaning we couldn't get dressed in the room and had to put our shoes on outside. The food was of low quality and most of the times empty. Also there is always a queue at the single coffee machine, which stopped operating a few times (due to needing cleaning) The bed was uncomfortable. There is no pool / hottub / jacuzzi on the rooftop spa. The panorama restaurant doesn't have a view (except for 2 tables) the restaurant is set up in a very crowded/cramped way. The hotel doesn't offer ski-to-door as advertised. The room wasn't clean (there were loads of hairs of previous guests in the drawer and around the sink). We tried to discuss this with the owners and the message was "you could have seen everything and the room is of correct size" in the end we left the hotel a few days early without getting a refund or any money back (except of course of the tourist tax of the days we didn't stayed" -- overall a horrible experience where we had to pay for a hotel twice. To make things worse, the owners were always away / skiing and they left the staff to deal with everything but the staff didn't have a mandate to do anything.

Very close to ski lift, ski pass desk and equipment hire shop as well centre of Hinterglemm. Friendly helpful staff and delicious food. Lovely to watch the slopes from rooftop sauna

Little bit of a walk from bus stop only about 7 mins but that can be tiring in ski boots Rooms are quite small

Super unfriendly staff from the second we arrived, expensive for what you get, limited timeframe to eat dinner, parking had to be paid on top of hotel even though in the confirmation mail it was stated this was included
