Excellent location, large, bright and quiet room despite overlooking a street adjacent to Piazza del Popolo, very comfortable bed, large bathroom, very friendly staff. There is no 24-hour front desk but that's not a problem: just indicate your arrival time. Breakfast is Italian style at a nearby bar. There is paid parking available.

The host was able to allow my sister into her room even though I was still trying to figure out parking. They were very nice and spoke a little English.
The parking was very confusing and the contact for parking did not speak or understand any English. He was very nice once I was able to translate though and parking was only $15 Euro for the night.

The hotel is situated in a lovely old building in the center of Ascoli Pisceno. Big room and bathroom, , huge bed. Everything was clean.
Breakfast. It is in a cafe near the hotel and it includes coffee or capuccino and sweet; Italian breakfast 🙂

We were so happy to be in room 8, a view overlooking the square, it was so beautiful. Lovely large room, with a coffee machine, biscuits and water provided everyday. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the bed was massive and so comfy. If you're worried about noise from the street don't be, the double glazing is brilliant, as soon as you shut the windows you can't hear anything.
The only thing that wasn't great was the pressure of the shower, but that's all I can think of as a negative.

Location was great, right on the main square. also the room is very spacious.
Contrary to what the hotel wrote on the description, there is no parking which is possible to reserve, options are public parking facilities (on the street side) or garage. The heating system in the room did not work and the room was on the cold side. The room is above a restaurant and bar and at night was noisy.

Two rooms cheaply decorated, substandard mattress and linen, lukewarm water, no view, staff available only on the arrival, breakfast was a coupon for a coffee and a croissant in a bar nearby. Very expensive for what you get

I have the actual view from my room that shows in the picture. I suggest room eight!
I would suggest they put a mattress pad on top of the mattress to give it a little more padding. Other than that everything was perfect

The location was fantastic right in the main square. We parked about 300m away with a level access to the hotel which also had an elevator. The lady at reception on the 1st floor was lovely and helpful and spoke English well.
More signage would have made the hotel easier to find.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, very well located and very clean.
Photos were a little deceptive, we thought that we might have been able to see the Piazza from the room.

Despite the fact that the room was kinda big, it felt like there wasn't enough space. A better disposition of the furniture would have been probably better. Moreover, the room felt generally old. Breakfast was included but it is in a café nearby, which we couldn't have since we needed to leave the city before the café opening time. The price could have been lower, considering that Ascoli is not a main italian touristic city.

Location, some rooms with excellent view over Piazza del Popolo, family rooms, large bathroom with whirlpool bath and quality toiletries, very large comfy bed. Continental breakfast in nearby cafè, serving excellent espresso coffee and pastries.
Courteous and helpful staff.
We would certainly stay here again.

Super central, super comfortable, silent, large bathroom with superhot shower, super-large two-window room. Friendly staff. Self-service entrance at night (no night reception). This place is fantastic. Highly recommend.
I'd like cereals for breakfast, and the coffee shop where breakfast is served has only typical Italian breakfast with cappuccino and croissant. But the latter is also a treat every now and again.

The room was not clean. The sheets were not clean so we had to request new ones. The place needs renovation - many things broken and damaged
