Дуже тонкі стіни. Було чути що відбувається в сусідніх кімнатах. Чути як хтось приймає душ або миє руки але вночі було тихо.

Pěkný pokojík s koupelnou. Hezky uklizeno. Celý dům je zrekonstruovaný, za mě moc pěkné. Sdílená kuchyně byla velmi dobře vybavena. Bylo tam hezky čisto, nádobí dostatek. Velká lednička.

Možná pořídit trochu pohodlnější matrace:-)

Clean, spacious, well located

Location

The room was clean and comfortable, with a rustic flair. Although it was very simple, the room had everything we needed. The kitchen was really useful and fully equipped. We found the notes from the hosts about nearby restaurants and stores really useful! :)

There was only one small trashcan in the bathroom, which was not enough for two days.

It's everything you need for a one night stay.

Please do realise you've got to pay for parking on the street. Not only till midnight but the whole night through. 3 hours is the maximum you can park. CityMove is the app to use. I think everyone should know this beforehand. I found out about the night parking fee when I paid again at 8 in the morning. Simply didn't read that well the night before.

The check in is very smooth and the fact that you get the room card via a lockbox was a big plus since we arrived later in the evening. The location is really good, metro is at a quite short distance, as are some tram stations. Coffee shop and pubs nearby. Also a pizza shop which works late hours is nearby, which was great since we arrived quite late in the first evening.

The first night the common area was used until late at night and the people there were making a lot of noise. So you are a little dependent on who rents the other rooms.

A really clean, tidy and cozy room. It has everything needed if you're a solo traveller to Prague (I booked the single bed room for a day), with good access to the subway, trams and buses nearby. Communication with the hosts was very good and checking-in and out was very simple. If you're especially a business traveller you'll appreciate the fast Wi-Fi speeds (ab. 200mbps) and the multitude of plugs in the room, which is great for charging your devices while working. I didn't access the shared spaces to comment on them but I'd most definitely book the apartment for my next visit, or a double room if travelling with company. It's great value-for-money.

Calm neighbourhood and appartment close to the subway.

The metro and the tram station, which can take to every popular sights, are in 4-5 minutes walk distance. The shared kitchen is nice, we found everything to prepare our breakfast. The no contact check-in and out is really easy.

The bed needs new mattresses, I did not have the most comfortable and relaxing sleep in my life, also it was squeaking when I turned to my other side haha. Also, the bathroom shower had mold between the tiles. It was kind of disappointing as you can buy a spray to get rid off of it.

The Transportation was good to connect to different Tram, Metro. Around 10 minutes with walk. In the room they also showed what was in the near. (Restaurants, Metro and so on)

There was only basic furniture in the room, which was acceptable, since the price was relatively cheaper, the cleaning standard was NOT okay, the bathroom was awful, with moldings and the furniture was with dust. On the other hand, the hosters sent minimum 3 times the same information to us, I knew, it's better than not receiving. Das Bad war ekelhaft, es war viel verschimmelt, die Dusche und Wände. 廁所挺噁心的，很多地方都發霉，如果不介意衛生品質再選吧

Quiet location, but close to trams and metro. Really nice, coherent, rustic style of the room and kitchen. Easy access with clear instructions. Dogs allowed.

The kitchen could be a bit cleaner, but no big deal.

The location is fantastic. So close to couple of tram stops and a metro. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The room was spacious too. Laundry service was really helpful for us. Kitchen items and fridge was bonus.

Expected double bed and ended up with two single beds. As couple, we were really disappointed. Questionable body wash. My wife got skin rashes on the 3rd day of this trip (4 nights in prague). Not sure if its the body wash or bed linen. We could see spider webs around and dust on the floor. For this price, if the body wash and cleanliness upto the standard, this room is a 100% real deal!!

It was neat and had all the facilities

Great for one person stay! Clean and nice:) The owners are also very helpfull. It's located bit far from city center, but it isn't a big issue becouse it's close to tram station and you can easily get there by tram with no changes. It takes about 20min.

the check in and check out were really easy. The apartment is close to the metro station so we had no problem to reach the city center. The host is really helpful and polite. The room and the bathroom are clean.

Great communication with the owner, everything is expected, close to tram/bus stops and small shops around.

Location is pretty good because the Metro station is close. Room was clean and convenient. Very happy with the accommodation!

I travel to Prague often and I usually check this place is free. It has everything I need for a short stay, and everything has always been smooth.

The weren't toothbrus or toothpaste.

the bed was a bit hard

spent only 8 hours only and was sleeping on bed but sadly couldn’t sleep due to other rooms speaking laud, Nice check in process, I did not see the owner

It’s very basic place … just a night to pass the hours , if the Taher room open the door or use the washroom you would hear it as it’s on your bed…. not suitable for light sleepers
