Room clean is not good because bedsheet is dirty and room smell is so bad.

Hotel refused our online booking. We have book online rs 3186 for 3 room. But hotel charge Rs 5100 they refuse online booking. We have to. Book offline.

nothing, it was the worst experience of my life, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff were awful and it was a very bitter experience for us. we booked with breakfast and the hotel didn’t even have a breakfast menu or anything at all for us to be eaten, when told the manager he was rude and said there’s no such thing as breakfast in our hotel.

it was an absolute nightmare, the hotel sucks and we couldn’t do our work which caused us heavy monetary damage, the staff were awful to start with, will never ever go back to this place, the room stinked and the walls were full of mold, it was unhygienic and a disaster.

Room was proper.

Staff was very rude. Have no etiquette on how to talk and treat guests. Wonteven provide cutlery if we don't order from their hotel. Destroyed our mood.

Nothing bookings got cancelled last minute after reaching hotel and was told to stay at alternate location,also manager went away and staff was not answering about last minute booking cancellation. Disappointed with services.
