Location, beautiful view, and lots of space if you're a big group.

Road noise all the time, very hard to sleep. Stove takes forever to work, dishwasher is too small and doesn't work well - we had to wash dishes by hand and the large basin was not practical. No bbq. Outside furniture was not comfy. I would be less critical if it was not so expensive. If I paid half the price, I can overlook these things.

magical location on the banks of the fast flowing Waikato River - abundant bird life, gorgeous gardens, private jetty access, spacious light filled house, next time we shall stay much longer

supplies a little mean in the kitchen only 2 of each tea bag and of the 4 mugs one was broken.

The air conditioning wasnt enough to keep the house cool. It was like an oven during the day.

The spacious rooms , well appointed with luxury items..everything you need provided. Plenty of extra bedding. Kitchen supplied with all you need. Stunning views. Even the carpet felt amazing on the feet. Decks to choose from. One shaded the other full sun. Everything kept pristine

This was a great location as we had a conference at Mystery Creek and made the travel time short.

We must have been there during a cold snap so the house was quite cold due to the large windows as we don't think they were double glazed.

Our Family loved everything The views were the best highly recommend I loved that it was private close to Hamilton and we're left to it as the point of trip was for work but also down time highly recommend thanks Sabene we will be back

It was a beautiful house with an even more beautiful view!

House was spotless and clean and fresh clean linen and towels. Loved the bathroom amenities. Thought that was a nice touch. Plenty of room for us all.

No bbq (that we could find) as in images. Rubbish bins were full from previous guests and a lot of recycling left on front doorstep as our first view when we arrived. Cleaner of unit next door very unfriendly and told us off for the way we had parked, which we thought was fine. Living room would be much cosier with a rug (just aesthetic feedback there).

It’s beautiful and the view is amazing!

We were supposed to get a car park with our stay but the family staying in the house had three vehicles parked where we were supposed to park so we couldn’t use our spot at any time and had to park in the public car park which was full also by the time we got back from town both nights!! It was a bit frustrating as we paid for that spot and the emails were very clear re parking so they also would have surely been informed we were supposed to have a park each!
