The service is fantastic. Manager Sarah is very helpful and the personnel wants to give you the best service. The hotel is near to the beach, only 2 min walk. The hotel has beach towels which you can use for the swimming pool and beach. ATM is 100mtr from the hotel!

Less than a minute to the stunning beach, restaurants, bars and market stalls on the walk down to beach. Big rooms and fab staff. Sarah, Mariam and Raymon couldn't be more helpful and welcoming.

The bar does not serve alcohol however Raymon went and got us some to keep in the fridge in the rooms. There were renovations going on which we should have been told about however they were in the day so did not disturb sleep etc and I believe finished the day we left.

The property was amazing and we had a wonderful stay! I’s a pleasant quite place close to the beach & restaurants, shops. It was just 1 min by walk from the best beach of Zanzibar - Nungwi beach - beautiful blue water of the Indian ocean, clean white sand on the beach! We had room on second floor with beautiful view to the pool and garden. Room was spacious, big and very clean. Bed linens and towels changed every day. The beds were large and comfortable, fan, aircon, shower working well. Good Wi-Fi in the room! Excellent tasty breakfast – eggs, sausages, bread, fresh fruits, pancakes, fresh juices. Very good restaurant in the hotel - the food is tasty and the prices are fair, very good fresh juices! The staff was incredible and very nice -always smiling and here to serve you the best! I This hotel is absolutely perfect to have relax and beach days. We will definitely recommend this property!

The property is in a great location. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you from the minute you arrive to when you leave. The room are massive and the breakfast is even bigger! The fruit and the pancakes are the best.

The property is a bit tired but it has now closed for refurbishment, if you get the chance to stay at this hotel please do as you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is located a little way from the beach but this makes for a quieter environment and the pool is for residents only. The beds are very comfortable but be warned, they are short at 1.80 m and have a head and footboard. I felt a bit cramped. Staff are relaxed and friendly. Sometimes there's a power cut but this is what you have to get used to in Africa.

On occasion the water went off making it impossible to shower. This was usually quickly resolved but a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was ok but don't expect too much. Certainly don't expect European level coffee because most of Africa drinks instant coffee. If you really need a coffee and croissant fix, there's a cool French bakery just around the corner.

we liked the location, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach are just next to it

to be honest there were a couple of things that we didnt like. first, we did not have a fridge, whereas the other couple that was joining us had one. our locker didnt work. we stayed there for 3 nights, 4 days - there was no housekeeping in our room. the other couple were lucky, the room was done once a day. there was a very strange smell coming out of the toilet or shower in both rooms. this was disgusting. the shower didnt work properly, we were not even able to wash our hair. it took 10 mins for us. also the breakfast is nothing special. we think that we have spent way too much money for this stay. would def not recommend it, i am sorry. the staff was very nice, but the rooms and breakfast just not. also there is an old picture in the photo gallery, which shows the breakfast and “dining spot” - now it is not nice at all -.-

Nungwi Garden was a dream. I stayed here with my cousin who had a serious allergic reaction before we arrived to the hotel. Dickson connected us with a local doctor and she got better in no time. the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and made accommodations for us. we got our laundry done with ease. the walk to the beach is so quick. Dickson was so helpful! would stay here again.

There were no towels in one of the rooms and no shower soap. At the pool, the long chair matresses were full of water after the rain and could not been used for the day. There were many families with noisy kids. Compared to the size of the rooms, we didn't have a lot of storage for the clothes

Very close to the beach- 5 minutes walk only and good location for all the tours. The hotel has a small pool. Breakfast is nothing special- but not terrible. The man serving breakfast was very friendly . Good for family with kids for the pool.

Toilet leaking making the bathroom floor wet, waiting more than 45 minutes for food in an empty restaurant, fan not working in the room, being charged more than booking.com because I pay by card.

Many thanks to the staff. Everyone is very friendly and tries to help you, always with a smile on their faces. Location is very good, just 2 minutes from the beach. The breakfast is fine. Room is very big and comfortable, nice bed. Cleaning was made every single day.

Everything was perfectly. Honestly I can say that this hotel exceeded all my expectations! -Veronica is an amazing front desk who is smiling all the time and also very well prepared to answer to all your answers or to help as fast as possible by resolving any issues. - The Hotel general manager, Jenny, is also there and is very happy to help and to answer to your questions or to give you advices how to enjoy better Zanzibar or Tanzania. -The room is very huge and cleab fitted with an A/C and a Fan. The room has also a bathroom that's also huge, fully functional and clean! - the Hotel has also an restaurant that provides a very tasty variety of food served by very well prepared servers. Because I am studying twice/ week, I needed a very good Internet connection for using Zoom. I really can't complain about the internet connection, the classes went well! Thank you guys for being so kind during my stay! You are all amazing!
