Buena ubicación y prestigio del hotel, camas King size , almohadas increíbles, tiene bonita vista

No nos salió agua caliente a las 7am , el elevador se atoró , la carta del restaurante es muy DIFerente a la que ofrecen , no hay inventario de mucho alimento

Un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, muy buena ubicación

En el caso de los alimentos del menú para cena, les hace falta más sabor

As we enter our room the smell of insecticide was very strong to the point I got dizzy and almost faint. Vomiting was present right after they move us to a different room. (witch was NOT the one I reserved). We Also paid for breakfast buffet and they didn’t even have eggs and bread. We have to request it and we were told eggs weren’t part of the buffet! But if would’ve had ordered them was going to be part of the cart witch means we had to paid extra $.

I had my room re-assigned without having to ask for it, since the A/C was not working.

Towels are very old and mine were not well washed, they had a strange smell (like sweat). The water pressure is Terrible! It took me a while to take a shower with such low pressure. Breakfast is standard for a business hotel, but fruit flies were everywhere around the food, and this happened throughout the entire week. The air conditioner was not working in the entire building, so I had to change all my belongings to another room in the building next door. The pool is alright but it looks way better in the pictures, and the water temperature was freezing because the heater wasn't working either. The gym was out service too.

Really enjoyed my stay here ☺️ staff very friendly and helpful, bed was super comfortable, room clean, secure and breakfast was very good and delicious.
