部屋の窓がとても大きく、風景も綺麗で開放感がありました。部屋自体も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 スタッフの方も親切で、宿泊前に質問を送ったところすぐに返答してくださったり、宿泊中の対応も丁寧で安心感がありました。

シャワールームとトイレはドアで区切られていたのですが、そのドアから水が漏れやすく、気を使いました。

Our 8-night stay at this hotel in Seoul left much to be desired, especially considering the approximately €90 per night we paid even after a Booking discount. Frankly, the value for money simply isn't there, and there are better, more affordable options in Seoul. The room was disappointingly cramped, akin to a matchbox, making it challenging to navigate with a small backpack, can’t even imagine staying there with big luggage. Maintenance was subpar, with duct tape patches on the ceiling and walls, accompanied by various stains (pictures attached). However, the most significant letdown was the service. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (-11°C), requesting an extra blanket was met with a refusal, forcing us to endure a night with the air conditioning on, which unfortunately led to my wife falling ill. Attempts to improve our sleep experience, such as requesting a softer pillow, were repeatedly denied by different staff members. Despite one staff member initially agreeing to the change, it was never executed - the excuse was that all pillows were the same and they only had one per person (?). The lack of responsiveness and follow-through was frustrating. The room service further compounded our dissatisfaction. Over our 8-night stay, neither the toilet nor sink received cleaning attention, necessitating our own request for toiletries on the third night. They also do not provide toothbrushes nor toothpaste. The overall experience fell far short of expectations, leaving us with a lasting sense of disappointment. Consider exploring alternative accommodations for a more satisfying stay in Seoul.

However, the hotel's redeeming features include its convenient location, a mere 10-minute walk from three different metro stations/lines. The bathroom, while functional, has a wet shower setup.

公車交通挺方便的，離最近的地鐵站是「惠化」及「東大門」站，個人推薦惠化站，一路走來比較方便，而且那邊有很多東西逛，從東大門站的話要走上坡且不便。

離地鐵站太遠，但是其實搭公車也可以到很多地方

지하철역과 매우 가까운 편은 아니었지만, 혜화까지 걸어다닐 수 있어서 밥먹거나 연극보거나 하기 좋았습니다. 저는 걷는거 좋아해서, 종로나 광화문쪽도 걸어다니기는 했는데, 걷는거 안좋아하시는 분들도 지나다니는 버스가 많아 서울 여기저기 버스로 이동하시기는 좋을 거예요. 그리고 무엇보다 연말이라 가격이 많이 오른 다른 호텔들에 비해 적절한 가격이었습니다.

코로나19로 어쩔 수 없지만, 라운지를 이용하지 못하는 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 앞에 공사장이 있어 창문을 활짝 열고 편히 쉬기는 어렵기도 하고, 위층 물소리나 복도 말소리 등이 잘 들리는건 아쉬웠어요!

Location is really great! We travelled around with buses and several bus stops are available nearby the hotel. There are also convenient shops around if you need to get something throughout your trip. Staff can also communicate in english and helped us to book a taxi to the airport

料金がとてもリーズナブルに加えて、お部屋は清潔で過不足なく必要な物が揃っていてとても快適なホテルです。

駅から少し遠いことですね。タクシーをフロントで呼んで貰わないと移動は大変です。

i love literally everything about property, the staff so helpful and kind, the view is to die for.. the place is in quite side of junggu, but just few steps away from the tourist spot, so it was really amazing. will come back to stay here for sure

Nice, clean and neat. Everything went smooth. Twin room was big enough. 100% stay again. Location is a bit off to metro line, you should consider it if you don't like walking with your luggage, It was no problem for us. We enjoy the city while walking.

The room and towels were clean. Staff was very friendly and the ambiance was nice. Overall it was ok and nice stay. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel.

Towels were clean, however they were kind of worn out. Room was smaller than I thought and it was assymetrical so it was hard to move around. It was not very close to metro station.

nice, clean and comfort, fair price, the view is excellent though we did not see sunrise because the weather is rainy and cloudy.

one little drawback is that the location is a bit far away from the subway train, 10 mins walk plain for carrying a big luggage.

Staff were friendly and very helpful with directions and storing bags. Hotel is modern with a great view of Seoul. Room was comfortable and spacious with smart TV and new bathroom.

Downstairs bar was closed off for private party without letting guests know. Staff could be a little more flexible with 3pm check in time.

It is really beautiful, the decoration is very chic and the view we had was incredible. Also, the location is excellent and the staff is very very friendly.

It's a shame that we had a very bad experience with cleaning. We asked for it after our first night, but we realized that they only came in to pick up the garbage and leave new towels, but they did not make the beds and not leave refills for amenities such as shampoo, soap, etc. We told this to the person at the front desk, who apologized. We asked him to please not forget it the next day, and the same thing happened again. After our third night there we left very early, so during our stay at the Glue Hotel we did not have to have our room cleaned, although we requested it.

Location - it is in a "quieter" area of Seoul, but given that it is a busy city you will still hear noise from cars. There were numerous bus stations around which was fantastic. The metro station is a little bit further, but the path is relatively even, so very doable with luggage. Its closeness to the palaces (30 min walk) is also really good as it allowed me to get to know Seoul slowly and by foot in the first half day of being there.

The room was nice, but there were little things that werent so great. Most notably : The shower wall was open at the bottom (which is great because it avoids mould), but the drain was so badly adjusted, that you could shower without water flowing into the rest of the bathroom. Towels were changed daily, so for a solo traveler it isnt too bad. FYI for other travelers: As the name of the hotel is in English, take a piece of paper and write the address in hangul / korean in BIG letters. Most cab drivers i met were elderly and had trouble readying the address on my phone. And the english name of the hotel was not understandable to them.
