La struttura è molto moderna come arredamento, ed è situata in una zona silenziosa. La posizione della struttura è molto "comoda" in quanto si trova a metà strada dalle spiagge più a nord della Costa Smeralda e da quelle più a sud di San Teodoro. Riguardo lo staff, Wiola è stata molto disponibile e premurosa nei nostri confronti. Le comunicazioni sono state chiare e tempestive.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig.Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer vorhanden.Die Lage war optimal für uns.Wir hatten ein Mietauto und sind viel rumgefahren.Personal nett.Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei.

Küchenausstattung ausbaufähig.Bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche reichen 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier und ein Müllsack nicht. Sogar Salz mussten wir selber kaufen. Falls die Küche aktiv genutzt werden soll,muss vorher alles eingekauft werden. Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war leider sehr durchgelegen. Die Ameisen waren sehr nervig und der Weg ins Zimmer war nicht beleuchtet.

Fijne bedden

Enorm basic, geen water koker, koffie apparaat. Airco werkte niet. Wasautomaat stond op storing. Achter t complex lag n verlaten en vervallen vk park. Dit verblijf is alleen geschikt als je echt niets in de buurt kunt vinden en alleen hoeft te slapen. Veel te duur voor wat ze aanbieden. De foto's op de site komen niet overeen.

Que está un poco apartado del centro y se puede aparcar estupendamente.

Precariedad del mobiliario, no habia ni un triste paño de cocina, bayeta o escoba para barrer, no habia microondas, la puerta que no cerraba bien, taza del water medio rota, y un sin fin de detalles que brillaban por su ausencia… en definitiva, muy justitio para el aprobado

Nette Ferienanlage am Rande von Olbia. Trotzdem ruhig und sehr grün. Allerdings leider etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Klima funktionierte nicht (wurde uns aber bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt und war für uns kein Problem hätten sonst upgrade können). Küche könnte auch mit mehr ausgestattet sein, z. B. keine Teller vorhanden. Wurden super nett empfangen.

Terrassentüre liess sich nicht schliessen und duschkabine war undicht, somit Überflutung des Badezimmer.

A lot of green areas (full of mosquitoes, though). Easy to arrive (following the location they send, not the one on google maps), easy to park. Super silent location. Well located, close to Olbia, with great views of the mountains, and there is a big supermarket nearby.

Once we did the reservation we were informed on an email that "the spa, swimming pools, fitness centre and restaurants are not available as the Geovillage hotel is still closed following the Covid emergency". Surprised (COVID emergency in mid 2023?) I wrote asking if this was a non updated automatic message, but I never received an answer. They explained it to us the same day we arrived: some areas are still closed and few employees are running what they have left. We totally understood what they meant: unnumbered staff which can't take care efficiently of the installations, super slow response times for urgent issues (12 hours without electricity after a storm, until we were asked to raised the electric breaker of our room (which it's ok) but also of another one on the building... also, 3 days without smoke extractor at the kitchen. Room's door can't be closed, the water heater (located at the middle of the department) is extremely noisy, the TV is so old that it doesn't even have Internet connection.

It was such a good location. The receptionist is very accommodating. I love the structure of the house
