Wonderful location. Absolutely central but nevertheless very safe and quiet. Simona had received me, found me a car park place and accompanied me from the car park to the apartment. Very welcoming and very pleasant. The apartment is neat and all imaginable amenities are available. Good taste and a lot of history. I was amazed and thrilled to find engraved on one of the ardesia [ local black beautiful stone] window sills a date of long ago previous inhabitants ......1706 !!!!

I am 66 and I would have preferred not to have to do 73 steps to get up to the apartment. But after all it has been good for me . I lost some kilos. Thank you Simona.

Absolutely amazing host, extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing location. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The host has books, games and a lot of information for places to eat or visit/ things to do. The apartment is very well equipped with appliances [coffee maker and coffee, tea, microwave etc]. The bathroom had plasters hairdryer etc... Some reviews mentioned the "working women", this was seen during the day on the street corner however this was not prevalent. In the evening and night they were not seen. We have entered and exited the apartment multiple times during the day and late at night and we have never felt unsafe.

The only thing that was unpleasant was that on 1 side of the bed the mattress was worn i.e. it felt like your body sank into it. I suggest this mattress to be changed. Other than this there was nothing wrong.

Very nice apartment, really clean and comfortable. Lots of little amenities that make your stay enjoyable. The host was really kind and helpful, meeting us half way from the property to take us there herself.

We loved everything about the apartment: the location, the facilities, how clean it was, the awesome design, how close it was to the landmarks we wanted to visit, shops, restaurants and the Genoa train station. I would really recommended to everyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Genoa.

If you are looking for the apartment in the heart of Genova, this is really great choice,. The owners are changing usual stay to the great experience. Helping with parking, luggage and of course with restaurants and attractions. You can feel part of their heart there. Fully equipped apartment with all we needed and despite limited space for kitchen you can prepare quite everything there.

Small problem can be the apartment is in old building on 5th floor without elevator with steep stairs, but the owners are prepared to help with luggage. Only remember, few hundred years ago, there was no elevator.

Excellent location, right in the heart of city. The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean and well-equipped. Super nice host, very responsive and friendly. Good wifi.

The location is very good, we can visit almost important monuments on foot. The hosts are very kind. Apartment is clean, quite well equiped (not dish-washing machine).

Bed is not in good condition, need to renew it. No lift, if you have lots of bagages or have small children, think twice because the stairway is so small and high (typical style of Genoa). You can ask the hosts for help with bagages, they are really kind. next thing, the prostitution is around, they even work inside the building, so if you have children and do not want them to see something maybe it's not your destination.

The hosts were most welcoming and gave us valuable tips for our stay. The apartment is well equipped with all things necessary for a family to feel comfortable - kitchen appliances and dishes, towels etc. Everything was clean and neat. The apartment itself is stylish and has so many interesting interior details that you might consider it one of the sightseeing spots. It is really comfortably located - a few steps from Garibaldi street and a couple of minutes to the old port.

Nothing disappointing or negative.
