If you are familiar with the madness of Mumbai then you'll instantly appreciate the calm, serene and safe area where this guesthouse is located. The family who run it are kind and very helpful, always willing to improve your stay. Less than 10 minutes away by vehicle from Vashi station from where you can take the train anywhere into Mumbai.

Comfortable Rooms is an excellent place to stay near the seashore in Navi Mumbai The home was very clean and the host was very helpful Would highly recommend this place at this rate in these costly times

Property is handled by 80 + year old person. It took 30 min waiting for check-in and 30 min waiting for check-out and unnecessary interviews. Owner instructed not to use AC and charged amount towards electricity and cleaning services. Property handler charged additional amount over and above agreed amount on booking.com and didn't refund agreed caution deposit. Not recommended for stay.

my stay at this property was short but wonderful, from meeting the owner who is a well spoken wonderful man to the newspaper given to me every morning which is something being lost with many of the people these days with the move to digital media, i loved the place and it was at an optimal location with the vast ease of food delivery and the fact that the beach is a stone throw away. The property does close at 10 pm which i unfortunately did exceed due to a meeting that ran long, but the owner was very accommodating when i informed him and made sure that I'd have a way back in. getting into the place was very hassle free and the amount that i paid was quite budget friendly especially for such a wonderful place. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here

the room that i had taken was rather sparse but it is still enough for the purpose, could use to have cupboards for storing clothes in.

I FOUND COMFORTABLE LIVING located in a very serene and quiet area of Mumbai. I could not have found such a place in this price in entire Mumbai city or suburb I will now always stay here if available
