Awesome location, close to everything, very nice layout, super clean and everything we needed was there for us. Brenda was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I'll recommend this place to friends and family for sure!

Property is good with good facilities, ideal for a couple as it has a sofa bed not that comfortable. Internet is very slow and has a connective problems. I recommend a well and clear communications with host to know how to get the keys and if needed anything as for us it was a big problem. After the problems, host try to give special attention, being really gentil to minimize any other problem.

Before our arrival I have chatted to host and requested if could drop my luggage and it was confirmed to be possible. One day before sent a message and get no reply. On arrival day I tried to contact without answer (7:30AM), so I went and I stayed at property waiting on cold and early morning to someone show up (8:30AM) until a neighbor that gave me a contact of a guy who takes care of property, then I sent a message with no reply for a while, after one and half hour of our arrival (9:00AM) the guy came to drop the keys and at this moment told us that later brings all the stuff for one of our guests. As we left property and arrive late night nothing was dropped there, I sent a message requesting if possible to bring it (10:15PM) but got a reply and the stuff only around (1.30AM). Internet is very slow and has a convection problems. I recommend a well and clear communications with host to know how to get the keys and if needed anything as for us it was a big problem.

the apartment was still in construction. missing wall tiles in the bathroom, holes on the living room walls, the microwave has no power outlet so we had to carry down a 20 lb microwave to place it on the counter to be able to plug it to a nearby socket. the apartment had a stovetop but no available matches to start it. we asked the host and she said they don’t provide any. also the host was 15 mins late to meet us upon arrival and she also tried to upcharge the price of the stay.

QUOTED COST ON BOOKING .COM WAS 500 DOLLARS ENDED UP PAYING NEARLY 600 DOLLARS CREDIT CARD CHARGES PESO RATE ETC. WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. SHOULD HAVE BEEN UPFRONT WHEN BOOKING.

when u trave 1st u need - to well sleep and here was a problem for 2 reasons: 1) cars at evening and night, they was rare but it is worse, u try to fall asleep and then hear next, usually they go fast and loudly. 2) dogs - they barking then there are no cars. as about room it is good equiped but very dark, u have to turn on lights nearly all day and no any view. wifi can be lost some time, i send them sms and they fixed it ...

Clean, nice cozy place. Very good value for the money.

They did not accept any credit cards. The car to pick up us at the airport did not accept any credit card. They do not understand how difficult it is to withdraw money from an ATM. They did not bring new towels and toilet paper until we pestered them.
