Die Lage am Fluss und fussläufig zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Innenstadt. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend.

Die Ausstattung sollte umfangreicher sein. Toast, Geschirrhandtücher, Teekanne, Staubsauger und Bodenwischer. Im Innenhof fehlt ein Tisch. Daher konnten wir dort nicht Frühstücken oder Abendessen.

Great location, very comfortable bed, spacious property.

Charged a 50 euro cleaning fee yet made you do all the cleaning yourself. Do the dishes, take out the trash etc. then what the heck was the extra 50 dollar charge for. This type of crap is why I use booking and not air bnb, very disappointed.

Die Lage!

Es war laut, weil die Unterkunft direkt an einer stark frequentierten Straße liegt und die Fenster nicht schallisoliert sind. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, weil sehr viele Ameisen anwesend waren. Die Duschkabine ist zu eng. Das Apartment bedarf dringend einer Renovierung.

Location was fantastic with easy walking access to everything. Would co.e back to stay and staff were very friendly dly & helpful.

Shower is too small for 6'2 so water had to go on floor as the screen had to remain ajar. Would have liked a wash machine but Laundrette was only 800m away. We stayed 6 days. Kitchenette lacks bench space but great induction cooktop.

The bedroom is big, bed confortable. The good thing about this place is the location, you are in the street corner of the center, view on the river, you need to walk 10min to park the car in the parking, as you have to pay in the street on daily basis and it has A/C. So this specific apartment is good as an hotel room basically, no more than that. The bathroom is ok, but you need to be a small/medium size person to fit in the shower.

Only talking about the red room, the first one on the pictures. This appart hotel is just a big hotel room in terms of facilities, the kitchen is not practical to use beside making a coffee/tea. What they don’t show on the pics is that the coffee maker and the kettle is also on the kitchen counter, therefore no space! There is barely anything to cook, 1 fry pan which is the size for making a paella and doesn’t fit the cooker, so you cannot even fry an egg. If you actually want to try cooking, you need to remove the tray with the coffee machine and kettle from it and put it on the floor as there is no extra furniture to place it. It could have at least a coffee table or a console! The cleanliness of the sofa is very questionable. No tea towel, no salt & pepper to at least make a pasta, not even a broom to swipe the floor. In Italy you are suppose to separate your trash and recycle, but only 1 trash is provided, not even a lid for the smell. You need to have the curtains constantly closed in both rooms as there are no sheer curtains and everyone from the street can actually see inside, because the windows are very low. Soundproof can be improved!

AMAZING central location, spacious and modern bathroom room/bathroom. Helpful staff during check-in and semi-private garden.

Trash did not have a lid so the smell spread within the apartment and checkout communication non-existent / late.

Good location. Nearby there are cafes and pizzerias where you can eat delicious food. Attractions are close by. Quiet neighbors.

Not enough cosmetic items (shower gel, hair products). Need a pan that fits the size of the stove
