Tudo novo e quarto grande, sem contar da localização tbem.

Faltou um tapete para o banheiro e também a internet restrita. Hoje a internet é fundamental que funcione em todo o hotel sem distinção de localidade. Nós viajamos mas trabalhamos tbem, portanto, a internet é imprescindível! Qto ao café da manhã eu acho que, com a quantidade diferenciada de pães existentes na cidade, este pão pode ser variado a cada dia mesmo porque é uma forma de conhecer a diversidade de quitandas da cidade.

Há 2 quadras do terminal de ônibus e próximo à praça central/igreja. Hotel novíssimo, quarto espaçoso e confortável. Pudemos deixar nossas malas por 2 noites para irmos à Isla del Sol com apenas uma mochilinha. Café da manhã bom com variedades.

O chuveiro saia muito pouca água, quase não consegui lavar os cabelos.

Huge room, nice and clean. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was great and they accommodated us when we understood the wrong finish time, they still gave us breakfast. Good location, close to the bus terminal and close to the lake. Great tour recommendations, we went and found it to be the best one out there, all 5 star reviews for a reason!

Would be good to have a kettle to make tea in the room. One curtain was good but the other wasn't and had to use an eye mask. The shower pressure wasn't great, with the water being too hot, then too cold, was a fine balance.

Spacious room, very new and great location

As it is very new, it lacks a bit of cosiness - some furniture is still wrapped in plastic foil. Hot shower didn't always work.

Huge room, very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very nice.

Nothing, it was exactly what we were expecting!

- very modern and spacious hotel, looks new - very friendly staff, that gave us recommendations for the ferry etc. - clean, big rooms with two huge king size beds - breakfast included, eggs, toast, musli, some Fruit

- honestly, the only reason why we wouldn’t stay here again is because it was super cold; the room has no isolation, even during daytime it was way colder than outside; we were freezing at night…they provide a little heater, but that has no chance due to the room size; we ended up sleeping under 5 blankets - there was no hot water in the shower although we turned it all the way and waited for a long time…

Absolutely beautiful! The rooms are huge, so clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable! Staff are kind, they let me check in at 10.00am after my early morning bus from Puno. Breakfast is nice too.

Minor complaint - no milk for the cereal at breakfast, only yoghurt. No sugar for the tea at breakfast.

There was a rather strong damp smell in the room. The swimming pool is being renovated and is closed. This should be indicated in the hotel's announcement

This is a hotel, not a hostel. Absolutely immaculate. I wonder if it is a brand new hotel that fell victim to the pandemic and so are filling rooms anyway they can - to the hostel trade. I sincerely wish this place the best of luck. They have clearly put a lot of effort into making this a high class residence. I feel we were the only people staying there BUT this has been the case in many places. Travelling sure isn't back to how it used to be at the minute. Absolutely fantastic place to stay for a refreshing night of warm beds and hot showers!

The hotel seemed very new and clean, and the room was bright and large. Beds were large and comfortable with clean white bedding. The bathroom was large with a warm shower. Location is a short walk from the centre. Breakfast was a had a little variety, good in comparison to similar hotels. The owners are very welcoming and friendly; they always dealt with requests immediately. Hotel was great for a few days.

The room and bathroom were a little cold, but a heater was provided. Hand towels were new and very fresh; the bath towels were a little older - I would suggest changing those. I'd still recommend the hotel overall..

Freshly renovated / built hotel, everything smells new :) The lady wotking there was really helpful, the breakfast was delicious, we enjoyed our stay.

We were sooo comfortable and happy with our stay here. It’s extremely modern and clean and looks better in person than the pictures. I’m OCD and even I was impressed by the cleanliness. A lot of hotels in the area look a lot older and more rustic but this place is brand new and contemporary. The service is also excellent. Every morning we had an excellent breakfast with freshly made smoothies, eggs, cheese, toast, jam, yogurt, cereal, etc. They also offer laundry service for 15 bolivianos per kg.

The shower water pressure could be better and could be a little hotter.
