Very spacious and airy apartment in a great location just 100m from the Bay of Naples.

Nino was very responsive, accomodated request for early baggage drop, met us at the specified time to give us keys and show us the apartment. He also gave us (4) a courtesy ride to the port and pointed out landmarks to see. Spoke English well. We LOVE him. Apartment was very clean and spacious, with great light and full amenities. One large double bed in one room, two in the other. GREAT beds, sheets, pillows, and ample closets. A nice full bathroom for each of the two bedrooms. Well positioned among restaurants and stores, with port reasonably close. A wonderful experience, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!

A few wine glasses had been stolen so only two remained (hardly a big deal). The shower head in the back bathroom spouts a little water out of the shower onto the mirror (ALSO a very small thing).

Wonderful place! Getting the keys was a bit of a struggle, but that was mainly my fault because I didn't understand what Nino was pretty clearly telling me ;) Once I figured it out after asking way to many questions over whatsapp, I got the keys. Really nifty apartment. I really enjoyed how spacious it was, after we had been traveling in close quarters for a couple of weeks. Nino also met with us in person as well after we got in, which was a nice gesture. I highly recommend staying here!

My only complaint, and its a very American complaint, I couldn't get the AC to work. The temp was okay, but I desperately wanted a fan of some sort, as I need a good breeze to sleep well. Keeping the window open only helped a small amount, and there was a bit of city noise coming through. I think if I wasn't so overtired, I wouldn't have even noticed. This is not an easily accessible apartment if you are in a chair. There is a step up to and another step down to get to the bathrooms/bedrooms. I am not in a chair, its just something I notice as I am accident prone and trip a lot. Also, the elevator is small and you need change for it during certain hours. Four flights of stairs up. Just for folks who have those needs are aware.

Always a suprise when it is “a host” but it was absolutely fantastic. Fabulous space and Nino was a perfect host, very helpful.

location, beds were very comfortable, shower was excellent apartment was spacious and quiet. Wi-Fi was easy.

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed the space and location that this apartment offered. It's also extremely clean with fantastic bathrooms!! Bathrooms in Italy are often very small and outdated but that was not the case here. I even enjoyed a nice, long, hot bath!! Both bedrooms are a great size as well. Tons of great restaurants (even an all vegan one) and the scenic waterfront are all just a minutes walk away.

We really wished this place had a washing machine. We thought we could find a laundromat close by to wash our clothing but they were all dry clean/not self service with a 48 hour return. We ended up having to drive 30 minutes each way to catch up on laundry which was a bummer. While this place has huge, impeccably clean windows that let in a ton of natural light, it's important to note that they all look out into the center of the building complex only, and because of that you can't see "outside" into the streets and world around you. It was fine for a 2 night stay but had it been longer I might have started to feel a little too closed off.

the location was great and the gentleman who managed it was incredibly helpful.

the apartment has a lot of space with a big lounge room and kitchen. the location is very good with an amazing trattoria and a very yummy pizzeria just a minute away from the apartment. The main square is just 5 minutes walk from it and only 20 minutes away from Spaccanapoli. I strongly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a quiet place away from the chaotic city of Naples.
